Providing material and labour for Disposing off the un-used excavated earth, debris, malba, dismantled materials for all lead and lift/ depth out side the campus at non objectional place as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed, design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work cement concrete (PCC) of M15 grade, machine vibrated design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work of specified grade using graded black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size obtained from approved quarry including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 with minimum cement content (without fly ash) for durability shall be followed, Sand used in concrete work is combination of white river sand and manufactured sand as per approved Mix design as per approved design mix from Govt. laboratory or as ditected by Engineer-in-Charge and latest IS 456 (whichever is higher) for all elements of any shape and size, at all places and heights/ depths including laying of concrete, vibrating, finishing and curing etc. and including Admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, to improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.including all necessary dewatering, casting in panels of any size and thickness wherever necessary, to shape and depth as specified at all locations and with all leads and lift/depth, compaction, vibration, curing, transporting and pumping wherever necessary including the cost of form work- Steel formwork only and removal of formwork etc. complete as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed, machine vibrated design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work of specified grade using graded black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size obtained from approved quarry including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 with minimum cement content (without fly ash) for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix from Govt. laboratory or as ditected by Engineer-in-Charge and latest IS 456 (whichever is higher) for all elements of any shape and size, at all places and heights/ depths including laying of concrete, vibrating, finishing and curing etc. and including Admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, to improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Sand used in concrete work is combination of white river sand and manufactured sand as per approved Mix design. Rate shall be inclusive of providing grooves, drip moulds, ghisis, pockets, cutouts etc. and labour for insert sleeves if any wherever required while casting. Providing TMT Bar FE 500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding (with 18 SWG -1.22 mm GI wire) and placing in position complete for all floors, all levels, all heights/ depth complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing fusion bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175 micron thickness and upto 300 micron to reinforcement bars of any diameteer as per IS-13620-1993/ ASTM-775 M including testing of coating at plant and all taxes etc complete as directed by engineer ion charge.

Providing wet drilling accurate and clean holes of upto 152mm clear diameter in RCC walls, slabs, beam or any other RCC member without vibration by core cutting (diamond drilling) machine of HILTI or equivalent including scaffolding, safety majors, disposing the debris, cleaning for all levels/ all height as per structural consultant's drawing, after approval of engineer in charge etc compete. Measurement will be taken for the depth of holes in running meter for specified diameter. Holes shall made by authorised approved agency.

FRP Shuttering/Approved Shuttering for Exposed Concrete Finish only: Extra for Providing and installing centering and shuttering for specified architectural elements with pattern in new FRP moulding to give exposed quality fair finish coloured concrete in vertical casting manner, including strutting, propping, bracing to give fair/ smooth finish using best quality FRP mould (new) and supported with necessary MS adjustable steel props, H frames with bracing, adjustable spans, etc. including removal of forms for all heights and all level etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. FRP mould shall be produced according to concept drawing/ design given by architect. Shop drawing/ shuttering pattern drawing shall be produced by contractor based on concept drawing. FRP mould shall be approved before use for casting the RCC elements. One cast element also to be approved by Architect before execution of mass works. Providing and laying brick work using common burnt clay conventional building bricks conforming to IS 1077-1992 having compressive strength not less than 35 Kg/cm2 in any shape and thickness including finishing, curing, scaffolding in cement mortar 1:5. (1- Cement : 5 -fine sand) complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. II) In Superstructure above plinth level

Providing and fixing solid core flush type door shutter (non decorative) of approved manufacturer like Kit, Anchor or equivalent (Battens should be chemically treated & kiln seasoned & binding agent should be phenol phormaldihide) and of required size, as per approved drawing, design and direction. The rate shall also include external lipping of maximum size 10 mm X 42 mm thickness for single shutter and 25 mm x 42mm thickness for double shutter of seasoned teak wood equivalent to best quality Ghana teak all around and 2 coats of synthetic enamel painting including 1 coat of wood primer & lapi/ oil and water finished polishing or lacquer polishing to lipping, all as per approved drawing, design & direction, etc. complete, sample to be got approved by the Architect or Engineer-in-charge. Measurement including lipping shall be considered for payment. The flush door thickness shall be any of the following: (Marine treated). Necessary hardware like hinges, pivot, handle, tower bolts, locks etc shall be separately measured and paid in the relevant tender items. a) 35 mm thick

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick Laminate sheet of approved make, texture and shade on Non decorative flush door, any ply surface etc with necessary nails, screws, adhesives as per drawings and approved sample. Laminate shall be either glossy or matt finish. The rate shall be for all heights, all floors, all places etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Actual laid area shall be measured and paid without considering any wastage.

Providing and laying average 15 mm thick single coat wire finish plaster / smooth finish plaster in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) (only white river sand is used for plastering work and cement OPC- 53 grade) on sides of brick work/ blocks wall/ RCC work at all floors, all shapes and all heights with necessary scaffolding, finishing, curing, hacking properly RCC surface etc. complete to receive wall tiles as directed by the Architect and Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying average 20 mm thick mala finish cement plaster in two coats on internal/ external sides of masonry work / block wall / RCC wall at all heights, all shapes and all levels with 12 mm thick under coat in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) rough wired finish and 8 mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) mala finish (finished with steel trowel). Only white river sand is used for plastering work and cement OPC- 53 grade. Including scaffolding, finishing, curing, making grooves, forming pattas and drip mould, hacking RCC surface etc. complete, as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing & laying approved quality Riverwash kota stone of approved shade, thickness 40mm, in floor, pathway, sitting etc. in sizes upto 600mm x 600mm including average 40-60 mm thick cement mortar as bedding in 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement (only white river sand is used and cement OPC- 53 grade) etc complete as per approved sample by Architect, drawings and instruction of EIC for at all floors/ all levels/ all heights and all shapes. The rate includes machine cut edges of uniform thickness, curing, finishing, Fill joint with epoxy grout upto 10mm depth but not less then 5mm and protecting the flooring. Only finished work will be measured and paid. Bands of different materail as per drawing as pattern in any type of flooring shall be meausered and paid in relevent tender item. (If thickness of Kota stone is less over permissible limit as per IS standards than reduce rate is done in comparision of Kota stone thickness or as directed by Engineer-in-charge). No extra payment shall be made for creating any type of bands.

Bands of different materail as per drawing as pattern in any type of flooring shall be meausered and paid in relevent tender item . No extra payment shall be made for creating any type of bands.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick River Wash Granite stone (stone of required size, shape,of approved type and shade) in floor, otta, sills, treads, risers, skirtings, cladding etc all locations as per the architectural drawings over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) fixed with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 white river sand) admixed with pigment to match the shade of stone/ stone fixing adhesive of approved make. Only white river sand is used and cement OPC- 53 grade. Rate shall be inclusive of material, labor, adhesive, curing, cleaning with water jet, finishing, etc complete for all floor level and as directed by engineer in charge. Additional mortar thickness shall be paid in relevant tender item.

Providing & laying 60 mm thick flame finished granite of approved shade and quality, seleted and sorted for uniform color in floor, otta, sills, treads, risers, skirtings, cladding as per design and in required sizes and shapes over 35 to 40 mm thick cement mortar bedding in 1:3. (Only finished granite work shall be measured). Only white river sand is used and cement OPC- 53 grade. Rate shall be inclusive of material, labor, adhesive, curing, cleaning with water jet, finishing, rounding, champhering and mirror polishing of edges etc complete for all floor level and as directed by engineer in charge. The work shall be carried out as per the approval of architect and engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Hot deep galvanizing work confirming to IS 4579/ 2629/ 2633 with zinc of 85 micron thickness on Railing, Handrail, flag fixing sleeve pole, garbage box, Street furniture and similar works etc made from solid flat, bar, RHS, SHS, tubular hollow sections etc. as per the drawing and as instructed by engineer in charge. The rate shall include preparing the surface by shot blasting/ acid washing prior to hot deep galvanizing, labor, tools, machinery etc complete (Sample to be approved).

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel anchor fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Architect and as directed by Engineer-incharge. (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). Rate shall be inclusive of bolts, fastner, all accesories for fixng and fabrication for all level all height etc complete. All anchore fastners and accessories shall be of 316 grade steel.

10. PAINTING WORKS:- Providing & applying 100% External Acrylic emulsion Paint of desired shed from Apex ultima of Asian, ICI or equivalent in minimum three coats (1 coat of exterior grade primer and 2 coats of paint) to give an even shade with brush on exterior sand faced plastered surfaces / mala plastered surfaces / textured surface or any surfaces at all heights including scaffolding, thoroughly brushing the surfaces with sand paper to make it free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter etc. complete as per the manufacture's specification and up to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The rate shall also include the cost of filler for cracks on the surfaces. (Rate shall be inclusive of minimum 1 coat of exterior grade appropriate primer).

Providing and applying plastic emulsion paint from approved make, color & shade, on newly dry interior plastered surface at all heights give an even shade, including required coats (minimum two coats) white cement based putty after thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth etc. after applying every coat of putty. Priming coat of alkali resistant cement primer (water or solvent based) is to be applied on putty etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. Sample to be approved before starting of the work. The rates shall include the cost of filler for filling the cracks on surface.

Providing and applying Hydrophobic Silane - Siloxane coating of approved make, to exposed concrete surfaces at all heights & leads and wherever instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. The treatment shall be in two coats wet-on-wet or as recommended by approved manufacturer including preparation of surfaces by cleaning, curing, protecting, independent double legged scaffolding etc complete. The rate includes the cost of all materials, its application by specialized applicators by spray coating with airless sprayer, cleaning the substrate of all laitance, construction dust, contaminants, double scaffolding, labour etc., all complete and at all levels, leads and heights as per particular specification & directions of engineer in charge. Guarantee Bond in the prescribed proforma shall be executed by the contractor for the satisfactory performance of the application for 5 years.

KERB AND GSB BELOW FLOORING:- Granular Sub Base Construction - Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded crushed stone aggregate, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 ) - Grading II 1st & 2nd Layer. The agency shall have to get the mix design done from approved laboratory and submit to the Engineer in charge for Approval.

Pre cast concrete kerb for liner kerbing in plan Providing & fixing M25 grade of concrete precast exposed/ fare finish/ texture finish kerb stones of Vyara and as per sample approved of any sizes, any shape. Kerbs shall be fixed on the foundation prepared of M15 grade concrete as of approved design including curing, formwork etc. complete. The rate shall also include for erecting and fixing the pieces in position for complete Kerb systems with Chamfered type of kerbs including necessary accessories of kerb like Radius Kerbs, Angles and Quadrant Kerbs etc complete as per drawing. The rate shall also include the flush pointing in CM (1:2) for all joints of the kerbstones. (Sample must be approved). The contractor rate shall also include the cost of excavation, base PCC M15 grade and 100 mm thick and backside filling and finish good, curing etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Rate shall be unit of One Cum.

GENERAL DEVELOPMENT WORKS:- Paver Block Laying Colored/ Grey 60mm thk, M-35 Grade Providing and laying shot blasted Non- interlocking, Grey/ Colored brick type paver blocks of 60 mm thick M-35 grade machine made and blasting by automatic shot blasting machine and high density of as per approved sample of Vyara, Alcock, Super, Nishu for footpath, parking areas, service lanes and other areas as mentioned in the drawing. Including providing and laying 50 to 80 mm thick average bedding layer of coarse sand below paver block as per required grading and specification. Laid paver block shall be mechanically compacted. The work of the paving blocks shall be executed in line and level by skilled mason of flooring work only. It should be laid in such a way that the no cutting of the paver block to be necessary. If cutting of paver block shall be required, than cut by machine only and laying to be done by skilled flooring mason. The Finished surface of the Paver Block shall have Coarse Sand Texture Finish. Paver blocks shall be compacted and shall be re-laid if necessary. Actual laid area shall be measured and paid without any wastage.

Grass (Grid) Paver block Providing and laying grey/non colored grass paver blocks (grid paver) of high density 75 mm thick of required grade of approved make. Including providing and laying 50 to 80 mm thick average bedding layer of coarse sand below paver block as per required grading and specification. The Finished surface of the Paver Block shall have Coarse Sand Texture Finish. Laid paver block shall be mechanically compacted. Cutting of paver block by machine cut only. Paver blocks shall be re-laid if necessary. Gap of grass/ grid paver shall be filled with average 40 mm thick mixture of garden soil, farm yard manure and sludge for lawn plantation and also including supplying and planting specified carpet lawn as required and specification. (Cost of lawn and mixture of garden soil, farm yard manure, sludge shall be paid in relevant tender item)

Providing laying (to level or slopes) and jointing reinforced concrete Light duty non-pressure pipes I.S. class NP2 of the following internal diameter with collars and butt ends prepared for collar joints including testing of joints complete.(H) 900mm (upto 10 ton)

Providing and fixing Tree Guard, fabricated from 25 x 25 x 3 mm angle and 32 x 32 mm of 3.2 mm thick weld mesh as per drawing and details. Necessary provisions for the anchoring to floor shall be made in the tree guard. Tree guard shall be painted with 1 coat of epoxy primer of 50 to 60 micron DFT (dry film thickness) and 2 top coats of Metal PU Paint of having DFT 40 to 50 micron of approved shade of MRF or equivalent paint as per manufacture’s specification over all the surfaces or as specified in the drawing as per the shade approved as per the drawing and specification. Providing Making and fixing Main Entrance Sign / Main Facility Location Sign in etching on 2mm thick ISI Brushed S.S. Grade 304 plate. ACP sheet signage on door/ wall mounted/ hung from ceiling: Providing, Making and fixing 4 mm thick ACP sign of any shape and size of Flexi bond or equivalent to be cut on CNC router cutting and smoothen all corners and edges. Construction of Bore Well at Site: The scope includes - Drilling of Bore Wells 300 mm dia, Reaming of Bore holes, including supply and lowering unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 200mm dia, Lowering of Drop Line & Air Line up to water bearing zone, Pipes, M.S. Clamps, M.S. Bore Plugs, M.S. Bail Plugs, Steel Bent Plates, Submersible Bore Well Pumps 7.5 HP, including Control Panels for Pump, Cabes, Column Pipes of UPVC 65mm dia, etc complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge, as per the below mentioned details: 200 mm diameter (1 x 50 meters = 50 meters total length). All complete with all labour and material etc. as per instructions & directions of engineer -in -Charge.
