The work of erection of 11 KV HT/LT Lines and installation of additional DT at 11/0.4 KV Sub-Stations under Business Plan 2023-24 under EDD, Atarra

The work of erection of 11 KV HT/LT Lines and installation of additional DT at 11/0.4 KV Sub-Stations in various places as Vill. Mahuwa, Arjunah, Near Ashish Shivhare Rice Mill Banda Road, Naraini, Pangara (Naraini) etc. under BUSINESS PLAN YEAR 2023-24 under EDD, ATARRA, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. Some petty Material like all types clamps, cable boxes, Aluminium tape, Lugs, hoisting clamp/cable hanging U clamps, Danger Board, Number Plate, Angle, HDPE/GI Pipes, nut-bolts & washers etc. of appropriate size, if required & all plinth/fencing materials will be arranged by contractor on his own cost. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. Details of the work as given below ;-

Cartage of 11 Mtr. Long ST Poles.

Cartage of 8.5 Mtr. Long PCC Poles.

Cartage of line material

Erection of single support structure on 8.5/11 Mtr. Long PCC/ST Poles, including complete HT/LT fittings as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Erection of double pole structure on 8.5/11 Mtr. Long PCC/ST Poles, including complete HT/LT fittings as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Erection & grouting of stay set including the work of nozelling etc. as per RESSPO manual and also including the cost of all grouting material.

Fixing of earthing rod as per RESSPO manual.

Supply & fixing of T-off Channel with clamp & N&B alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (Provided by contractor at his own cost).

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of ACSR Weasel Conductor with fitting of all accessories on the erected pole as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of ABC Conductor (3x95+1x70+1x16 Sq.mm.) with fitting of all accessories on the erected pole as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of LT PVC Cable (3.5x150 Sq.mm.) with fitting of all accessories on the erected pole as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Fixing of 11 KV TPMO with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Fixing of jumpers of 11 KV Lines at various places as per direction of supervising engineer.

Fixing of jumpers of LT Lines at various places as per direction of supervising engineer.

Safe cartage of 100 KVA Capacity T/F from ESC/Workshop to work site, including loading & unloading & dragging and installation of the same capacity transformer on the existing/newly erected double pole/plinth with fitting of Al. Lugs and L clamp, earthing & all connections both ends by LT Cables for installation as additional DT due to avoiding of low voltage problems.

Concreting/grouting of newly erected single/double pole structure on 8.5/11 Mtr. long PCC/STP poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each).
