Repair and maintenance of damaged LT A, B & C Type panels in all respect.

Replacement of damaged/broken/missing doors of LT panel Box with 14 SWG power coated HR Sheet on front side and back side. Door should have proper locating arrangements. It should have canopy on Top in order to prevent it from water ingress in rains. The doors of Box should be welded with robust quality hinges and PVC Gasket and provision of handles on each door. The periphery of door shall be provided with lining of rubber/PVC to prevent entry of rain, insects, lizards, rats etc. so as to make it vermin proof.

Providing and installation 04 nos of aluminium bus bar insulation coated for Red, Yellow, Blue and neutral phases suitable for rated current against damaged/missing bus bars.

Providing and installation MCCB of rating 630 A, 400A or 320A for type A panels of make L&T/Havells/ABB/C&S against Damaged/Burnt existing MCCB.

Providing and installation of rating 100A for Type B&C panels of make L&T/Havells/ABB/C&S against Damaged/Burnt Existing MCCB.

Providing and installation of rating 63A or 32A for Type B&C panels of make L&T/Havells/ABB/C&S against Damaged/Burnt Existing MCCB.

Making all proper connections with Lugs/Ferrules of all MCCBs.

Maintenance & strengthening of tilted or Broken stands of LT Panels.

Connecting 3.5 core LT cable and Service cable with Bus Bars and MCCB by proper size of lugs properly crimmped.

Chemical Earthing of LT Type A, B and C Panels.

Repairing and maintenance of LT underground cable faults.

LT Cable Fault Location & Trench digging with the help of road cutter/digging machine tractor etc. (size of trench 3meter Length & 1.5meter width)

Providing and Fixing of LT Straight Through Box/Indoor and Outdoor Termination Kits (LT 3.5x240 sqmm straight through of Raychem/3M/Denson make provided by the Contractor.

Providing and Fixing of LT Straight Through Box/Indoor and Outdoor Termination Kits (LT 3.5x 150 sqmm straight through of Raychem/3M/Denson make provided by the Contractor.

Providing and Fixing of LT Straight Through Box/Indoor and Outdoor Termination Kits (LT 3.5x95 sqmm straight through of Raychem/3M/Denson make provided by the Contractor.

Replacement of LT damaged Cable (size 5 meter in each case) ( cable shall be provided by the department). Laying of cable in trench after making joint and filling of sand/brick/soil as per site requirement.

Providing of 3.5 X 240 Sqmm. LT cable for the replacement of damaged piece in existing cable.

Providing of 3.5 X 150 Sqmm. LT cable for the replacement of damaged piece in existing cable.

Providing of 3.5 X 95 Sqmm. LT cable for the replacement of damaged piece in existing cable.

Road cutting and restoration charges to be deposited in competent authorities.

The Contractor shall be responsible for providing the Cable Fault Locating Machines of appropriate and latest version & specifications along with experienced technician, helpers and driver etc. by their own end for locating the various type ofL T Cable Fault on round the clock basis in the areas of UEDC-I, Varanasi. Pin pointing within two meter of cable fault, exposing the same in the underground LT cable (Different type of LT Cable) including cutting of the Faulty Cable, its meggering & sealing of healthy cable. In addition to locating and pin pointing of cable faults, the contractor shall also be responsible for digging of cable trench of suitable size so as to enable making of cable joints ( one or two straight through joints depending on the requirements), it shall also include cutting of the faulty cable in sufficient length. Road cutting & digging thereof so that cable may be taken out for jointing work. Dressing of road as may be required at various places in Jurisdiction of UEDC-I, Varanasi. The outdoor/Indoor termination kit and Straight through jointing kits and cable jointer shall be provided by contractor.

On site repair and maintenance of medium power distribution transformers of 250, 400, and 630 KVA Capacity.

Removing Top Cover Plate by opening of Bolt and nuts of T/F and other internal connection of T/F required for repairing safely and reconnect it after appropriately after Minor repairing work of medium power distribution transformer (11/0.4 KV) installed at various site for stopping Oil leakage from T/F, Replacement of Damaged HT/LT bushing rod and other work as per site requirement and site conditions. Firm has to make arrangement for draining and refilling of T/F Oil, if required for carring out the work (Distance of 75 Km. from concerned CTR)

630 KVA, 750/800 KVA, 100 KVA T/F.

Topping Up/Filling of Reclaimed/Fresh T/F Oil T/F’s(250 KVA, 400 KVA, 630 KVA, 750 KVA, 1000 KVA T/F) Toping Up/Filling of reclaimed/fresh T/F oil in following capacity of T/F’s up to 2/3rd level of conservator tank for distribution T/F having less oil as per Indent placed for repairing by distribution wing. To the workshop wing filling up of these T/F by reclaimed/Fresh T/F oil up to required level and carriage of reclaimed/Fresh T/F oil drums from concerned CTR including safe loading and unloading at both ends. Complete in all respect as per site requirement (reclaimed/Fresh Oil will be provided by the concerned JE(W/S) (required vehicle and suitable container for storage of reclaimed/Fresh T/F oil will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Replacement of old and damaged HT bushing rod including oil Seal/Gaskets etc.(250 KVA, 400 KVA, 630 KVA, 750/800 KVA, 1000 KVA ) Removal of old and damaged HT Busing rod from T/F and fixing of suitable size new HT Busing rod made of Brass with all nuts and bolts etc. including replacement of all old/damage Neoprene Oil/Gasket set by fixing suitable size new neoprene oil seal/Gasket set and as per site requirement, complete job in all respect.

Replacement of old and damaged LT bushing rod including oil Seal/Gaskets etc.(250 KVA, 400 KVA, 630 KVA, 750/800 KVA, 1000 KVA ) Removal of old and damaged LT Busing rod from T/F and fixing of suitable size new LT Busing rod made of Brass with all nuts and bolts etc. including replacement of all old/damage Neoprene Oil/Gasket set by fixing suitable size new neoprene oil seal/Gasket set and as per site requirement, complete job in all respect.

Stopping Oil Leakage From T/F H.T./L.T. Bushing Side.(250 KVA, 400 KVA, 630 KVA, 750/800 KVA, 1000 KVA ) Stopping of Oil leakage from T/F HT/LT side bushing. Removing of all damaged oil Seal/Gasket Set/Cork sheet and fixing of suitable size new Neoprene Oil/Gasket Set/Cork sheet and tightening of HT/LT bushing rod complete job in all respect.

Providing & Installation of Standard LT/HT Protection-Stud type Tailless Units for Distribution Transformers for DT Safely.

Providing & Fixing of Frame made of angle of size 50x5 mm with the help of nuts off size.

Providing & Fixing of Copper Fuse Strip.

Providing & Fixing of Bus Bar.

Providing & Fixing of Alu. Crimping Lugs of size 400 sqmm and 630 sqmm.

Connecting of LT XLPE Cable(lead) 1x 400 Sqmm/connecting lead into Tailless unit.

Supply, installation and doing connections of G.I. Chemical electrode of 50 mm dia and thickness 16 SWG of 3mtr. Length with internal conductor of G.I of (50x6) mm along with 60 Kg chemical bag of back fill compound, complete work for body and neutral separate Earthing.

Repair & maintainance of RMU'S

Repair & maintenance of breaker panels, supply and replacement of damaged accessories part Testing of CT’s 100-50/A with microprocessor based numerical over current relay (1DMTL+Dust) for the protection with VCB feeder with right angle boot for termination kits. All necessary wiring. Repair of auxiliary P.T. Battery charger etc. for motorised operation of RMU to be provided.
