REPAIR/MAINT OF SUMMER APPLIANCES LIKE CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN ETC UNDER GE (W) MATHURA

M&L for attending daily complaints in repairs and maintenance of ceiling fans, exhaust fans and wall mounting fans/Air circulator fans lodged by the users complete to make serviceable condition with skilled electrician of Fans at Mathura Cantt and obtaining signature from users complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The minor complaints (non functioning of fans, replacement of fan capacitor, flexible wire, switch, fan regulator) should be competed within 24 hrs by deploying required manpower. (b) Major complaints like rewinding of fan, relocation of fan, replacement of metal shaft, replacement of ball bearing, replacement of fan blade, replalcement of fan louvers should be completed within 48 hrs (c) The rates quoted for the item shall be deemed to include the cost of labour for replacement of any stores whenever required. The materials will be measured and paid as `Supply only' under relevant items of this schedule. (d) Contractor fails to attend the complaints of normal nature within 24 Hrs and urgent nature within 2 hrs he shall be levied penalty of Rs 500/- per complaint per day. (e) Nature of complaints either urgent or normal shall be decided by the Engineer-in-charge. (f) Contractor either himself or his accredited agent shall collect the day to day complaint slip from concern JE in the morning daily and deposit the same after complaince.

Taking down of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm of any make & capacity from any height and removing its blades keep aside if fan is brunt/unsv/jam for repair or replace/deffective fan regulator, switch, fan condenser and refixing the same after repair/ overhauling/rewinding complete as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note:Rewinding, switch, fan regulator & condenser etc are measured and paid seperatly under relevant item.

All as per ser item No 2.00(here-in-before) but for exhaust fan.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor size 1200/1400mm sweep with super enamelled copper conductor of suitable size, meet to original specification & speed including varnishing, heating etc including changing PVC capacitor clip & taking out old copper wire before rewinding complete all as specified. Note :Deffctive fan condenser and shaft measured and paid separtely under relavent item of this schedule.

M&L for replacement of deffetive metal shaft by new one for ceiling fan motor of size 1200/1400mm as per exiting shape & size , including taking out old deffective shaft and testing it as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan/wall mounting fan motor size 200/250/275/300 mm sweep with super enamelled copper conductor of suitable size, meet to original specification & speed including varnishing, heating etc including taking out old copper wire before rewinding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan motor size 375/450mm sweep with super enamelled copper conductor of suitable size, meet to original specification & speed including varnishing, heating etc including taking out old copper wire before rewinding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of deffetive metal shaft by new one for exhaust fan motor of size 200/250/275/300 mm as per exiting shape & size , including taking out old deffective shaft and testing it complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of deffetive metal shaft by new one for exhaust fan motor of size375/450mm as per exiting shape & size , including taking out old deffective shaft and testing it complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and overhauling of fan motor of any size and removing unserviceable grease, bearings, bushes, split pin, nuts and bolts and cleaning with petrol /kerosene, applying new grease and reassembling complete including replacement of wornout spares with new like split pin, nut & bolts, but excluding bearings, bushes, shaft etc. (Note: New spares except like split pin, nut bolts & washer shall be measured and paid separately as supply only) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of ceiling fans ( motor and blades etc) of existing colour or approved by Engineer-in-Charge with super enameled paint one coat including cleaning and scraping of rusted portion all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ball bearing of suitable size (6201/6202/6203) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Capacitor 2.5 Mfd 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Capacitor 4.0 Mfd 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F down rod made out of 19/20 mm bore MS pipe of long 45 cm including making hole threading etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS clamp including rubber real complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Fan regulator 200W switch type 3 Speed electronic type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Fan regulator 200W socket type 3 Speed electronic type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only set of blade suitable for 1200mm/1400mm as per exiting size & shape as approved by Engineer-in -charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only louvers made out of sheet metal and mild steel frame suitable for exhaust fan 300/450mm sweep complete with nut & bolts etc as per existing size including grouting to wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS Frame suitable for exhaust fan of 200/275mm sweep complete with set of legs for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS Frame suitable for exhaust fan of 300/450mm sweep complete with set of legs for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for conversion of bush type ceiling fan into bearing type ceiling fan by suitable lathe machine work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC circular flexible wire multi strand three core of size 1.5 sqmm to connect from ceiling fan connector to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of wall mounting fan motor size 400/450 mm sweep with super enamelled copper conductor of suitable size, meet to original specification & speed including varnishing, heating etc including changing PVC gears set & taking out old copper wire before rewinding complete all as specified and directed. S&F metal blade set suitale for 400mm/450mm wall mounting fan as per existing size & shape as approved by Engineer-in -charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down surface / concealed copper / aluminium point wiring (light,bell,fan,socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches,ceiling roses,lamp holders,pendants,sockets, regulators,tubelight fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces with plaster on walls, floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated, unsheathed 1.5 sqmm FRLSH multistrand copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn into and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with and including all conduit fittings and fixing accessories including not less than 1.60mm thick sunken anodised pressed steel terminal boxes/modular boxes suitable for fixing of modular face plates, 3.0 mm thick hylam sheet cover/modular plate cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc incuding 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH multistrand copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete for the following:- (a) one light point controlled by one switch

S&F in replacement wall security light of 25 Watt security light fitting pressure die cast aluminium housing heat resistant glass with frame IP 65 protection better optics for uniform distribution and requirement of all necessary fitting arrangement on pole/wall as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including PVC conduit ISI marked 25mm dia(external) with wall thickness not less than 1.8mm with conduit accessories fixed on wall/roof and one run of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable as earth conductor including taking down old unsv submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 4 Sqmm earth conductor and one run of PVC conduit of 25mm dia shall be measured and paid as one unit length.
