Repairs to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and including preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming / tack coat of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 10Kg / 10Sqm for laying premixed bituminous macadam complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Bituminous macadam shall be measured and paid for separately

M&L for providing premixed bituminous macadam (compacted thickness 75mm or less) using 4% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver finisher, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and providing 30mm thick (Consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.50% binder content (Paving Bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid with self propelled mechanical paver finisher over applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 05 Kg / 10 Sqm, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of surface dressing for repairing road side berms with moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for continuous brick edging (old size bricks, sub class 'B') with width equal to the width of the brick laid dry on end vertically including necessary earth work, embedding bricks at depth as indicated and temping around bricks, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed including dismantling damaged brick edging / similar brick work items laid dry complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing cat eyes of any description properly without damaging and re-fixing the same after carpeting of road work with and incuding fastners or glue complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing breaker of any description properly without damaging and re-fixing the same after carpeting of road work with and including fasteners and glue complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs, Cat eyes of size 75mm x 75mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs, solar road studs 125mm x 125mm x 25mm made from aluminium alloy and construction poweered by mono crystal solar panel with high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery having view distance 1000 Mtrs, LEDs - 010mm, 6 pieces for high brightness, 12 hours of continous lighting at night complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Model Dhruv - DA-110 of Sinor Infrastructure or equivalent model of Dark Eye / Surya Enterprises / Greenlite / TATA BP

M&L for marking of centre line, side line, stop line etc. as per IRC pattern with 2mm thick thermoplastic road marking compound of approved quality using 8% mica of white / yellow colour (colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) on bituminous / concrete road surface of temperature 160 degree Centigrade with a special applicator machine including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note : A sum of Rs. 400.00 will be deducted on account of credit.
