SCHEDULE 'A' - PART I (MAINTENANCE)

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs to electrically operated lifts of IES make (passenger) 20 Nos at CGRA thalakancherry including renewal/replacement of defective parts of Automatic Rescue Device and Over Load Warning Device with a capacity of 08 nos passengers lift , 544 Kg each -10 Nos and 13 Nos passengers lift , 884 Kg each -10 Nos for 6 stops/ 6 landings , 1.0 meter/sec , single speed single push button control system with micro processor control system by employing 01 No of lift mechanic and 01 No of trained and qualified electrician for maintenance of lifts with collective control scheduled in Porforma 1 to 5 by carrying out periodical checks/ repair as recommended by the manufacturer and as directed by Engineer in charge to ensure smooth functioning and efficient operation including fixing only for the items mentioned below in Schedule A Part II .CGRA Thalakancherry( 08 nos passengers lift)ground floor and five upper floors. Note for item No 2 : (i) The spares/electrical items as listed in Schedule A Part-II will be used whenever required only and measured and paid seperately under respective items.(ii) The rate quoted by the contractor above is inclusive of all items required at site except those items given in Sch A Part II to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing all moving parts on monthly basis (iii) If spare parts of original make is not available in the market ,necessary equivalent suitable spare to existing lift part as approved by the department shall be used in the work for smooth running of lifts.(iv) Cost of renewal of lift license from Lift Inspector ,Govt of Tamil Nadu is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer for item no :2 mentioned above.

Taking down main motor 3 phase 380 Volts upto 09 KW,1300/325 RPM and material and labour for rewinding the same using suitable gauge of copper winding wire and all insulation item including varnishing drying and refixing of AME at site testing and including replacement.of nuts and bolts for foundation etc complete all as specfied and as directed.

Taking down main motor 3 phase 380 Volts upto 15 KW,1300/325 RPM and material and labour for rewinding the same using suitable gauge of copper winding wire and all insulation item including varnishing drying and refixing of AME at site testing and including replacement.of nuts and bolts for foundation etc complete all as specfied and as directed.

Taking down cabin fan single phase,230 volts and material and labour for rewinding the same using suitable gauge of copper winding wire and insulation varnishing,drying and refixing of fan in lift cabin and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding of break coil including opening and cutting old burnt out winding andrewinding the same using suitable gauge of copper winding wire and insulation varnishing,drying and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
