Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected with and including GI wire 4mm in and including GI pipe 15mm bore light grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300 x 300 x 300mm (top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level with MS iron frame on top made of 30x30x3 mm MS angle iron duty painted (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 50mm thick RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with 1 Nos MS handles of 8mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: If result is not achieved satisfactory, contractor will have to do re-earthing at his own cost. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Taking down and refixing ceiling fan of any sweep or make, filling cavities with filler one coat after cleaning, painting the complete fan (as per previous colour) using synthetic enamel paint by spraying including replacement of flexible wire, rubber reel, nut, bolts etc. and re-fixing in original position complete all as specified and directed.
