Disconnecting the electric supply and taking out non functional VCB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV, dismantling / opening of the VCB for servicing / overhauling, taking out old spout and mechanical repairing spring charger motor, coil, tripping spring rod all logs spring, defective spout, same shall be refixed properly to the HT panels after carrying out work as specified under as directed. (a) Cleaning of CR Panel (b) Cleaning breaker and CT bushing and spout (c) Checking/repairing/rectification of breaker (d) Cleaning and tightening of breaker and tulip panel, breaker insulator. (e) Cleaning and heating all panel by hot air gun for removing moisture. (f) Carrying out contact Resistance Measurement test (g) Carrying out time test (h) Carrying out Insulation resisitance test Note : All spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule here-in-after as supply only.

Supply and fix in repair spout from 11KV VCB bus bar compartment for 11KV VCB bus bar VD4 type all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out VCB bus bar from the 11KV VCB bus bar compartment and cleaning the bus bar with CTC liquid and replacement of the insulating material sleeve,same shall be fixing properly to the HT panel all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully old panel heater and Supply and fixing new heater all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully old rusted bolt and nut and Supply and fixing new bolt and nut size M12X90MM should be made up of material stainless steel all as specified and as directed.

Calibration process carried out of all relay and meter including to inject primary/secondary injection by using testing transformer, Time delay testing of overcurrent breaking test, earth fault breaking test and auto breaking monitored withstanding capacity of relays all as specified and as directed.

Calibration process carried out of current transformer including to inject primary/secondary injection by using testing transformer, monitored withstanding capacity of current transformer all as specified and as directed.

Checking of all circuit as per drawing of HT 11 KV panel find out the fault in circuit and rectification of fault shall be carried out for defective part of circuit and made it functional of circuits all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning inside and outside of all HT VCB panels and carried out painting all as specified and directed
