Removing of unserviceable locks and supplying & fixing new brass locks 7 levers with duplicate keys complete all as specified and as directed make – Harrison, Link, Godrej)

Dismantling of unserviceable 3 way locking devices and supplying and new locking devices complete all as directed.

Removing of broken/unserviceable handle and supplying and fixing heavy duty new steel handle chromium plated of existing size complete all as specified as directed.

Removing of unserviceable foot rest and supplying and fixing new foot rest made out of PBI sheet 1mm thick of existing size, shape by welding at appropriate points complete all as specified as directed.

Removing of unserviceable shelves and supplying and fixing new made out of 0,9 mm thick PBI sheet of existing size, shape by welding at appropriate points complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Removing of bends/dents and spray painting with synthetic enameled Olive green paint One coat after due preparation of surfaces and applying putty and red oxide primer where ever required to match the existing surfaces complete as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Painting of furniture carried out at Md accn/OTM)

LOCKER STEEL (Fd-49 & FD-1029)

Repair to locker steel ie welding to lockers where ever required and removing of dents and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint spray painting OG shade inside and outside complete incl preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and shown on and as directed.

Removing of old u/s hasp and staples (locking device) and S & F new hasp and staples 75 mm long duly screwed/ welded of best quality as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old u/s broken legs & S&F new legs made out of sheet PBI sheet 1mm thick complete all as specified shown on drg and as directed.

TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL

Removing of unserviceable drawer of table and supplying and fixing of new drawer made out of mild steel sheet not less than 1mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable MS Square pipe and supplying and fixing of new MS square pipe made out of 25 mm square 16 mm thick by welding to the pipe complete as all specified and as directed.

Removal of unserviceable TOP and providing and fixing new TOP of size 1200mmx750mm as shown on drg made out of MDF board (Exterior grade) 18mm thick covered with plastic laminated sheet 1 mm thick on top and providing teak wood beading prior to lamination to cover lamination on beading also complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Removing of dents, adjustment of locking device of drawers and painting of the complete table externally and internally with synthetic enamel paints olive green shade one coat by spray machine after due preparation of old surfaces and applying putty and red oxide primer where ever required to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified, and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of unserviceable drawer of table and supplying and fixing of new drawer made out of mild steel sheet not less than 1mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable panel of cup board where required and supplying and fixing new panel of cup board made out of mild steel not less than 1 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable MS Square pipe and supplying and fixing of new MS square pipe made out of 25 mm square 16 mm thick by welding to the pipe complete as all specified and as directed.

Removal of unserviceable TOP and providing and fixing new TOP of size 1200mmx750mm as shown on drg made out of MDF board (Exterior grade) 18mm thick covered with plastic laminated sheet 1 mm thick on top and providing teak wood beading prior to lamination to cover lamination on beading also complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

BED HARD STEEL

Replacement of unserviciable Planks Head rest and foot rest of 18mm both sides Pre laminated bd screw to MS strip arc welded to 18mm rectangular pipe asper specified and as directed.

Welding to joints where ever required all joints welding and fixing shall be done in accordence with standerd workmanship / specification and all steel member shall be powder cotated as specified
