M&L for excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep in any type of soil and getting out soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L hardcore of gauge n.exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface for with broken stone boulderetc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40mm graded Agg) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, cast in situ as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for sand filling thick under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 60mm thick machine pressed pre cast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered/Designer cement concrete tiles size 300x300x20 mm using table vibrator or equivlent as in jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and included 15 mm screed cement mortar (1:6) and pigment size conforming etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removal of excavated material (soil) n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point co etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 200mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broker boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 150mm thick WBM(compacted thickness) in layers of 75mm thick each with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) granite trap or basalt stone of best quality locally available spread roller with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller, each layer will be consolidated seprately and to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sq. m etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less including use and waste of side form for pavement concrete/ hardstanding in bays between joints & contraction expansion joints/ or between the two contraction joints etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade A upto 200mm thick concrete slab provided with 20 mm dia mild steel dowel bars 50cm long (25cm in each slab) with ferrules, spaced at 300 mm centres, including boring form work and preformed filler for dowels etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of Grade A, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints Grade 'A' 65mm deep x 10mm wide,filled with sealing compound, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for RCC pipes class NP-3, 300mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars as required etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes of 300 mm dia including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested; in complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` brick old size in CM 1:4 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious in drain etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5m wide and n exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in Hard/dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing, finished even and smooth W/O using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 250mm in soft/loose soil, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation fillings and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Formwork to sides concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beam, and similar work vertical or to batter etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapet and stairecase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, butterssses, etc. vertical or to batter etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for M-30 (design mix) reinforcement cement concrete in foundations, including raft, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns etc. basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass cincrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for M-30 (design mix) reinforcement cement concrete in walls, retaining walls, basements walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore ISI marked single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hand packing (gauge 40 to 80 mm) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Walling of random rubble , uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds and joints (Granite or trap stone) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bond stones etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Raised pointing to random rubble stone masonry in CM 1:4, uncoursed or brought upto courses etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
