M&L for dismantling floor, hearth, or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stone face/ glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 450 x 7mm thick as in dado (vertical surfaces) set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement, including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as backing coat complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

M&L full body glossy or Matt finish Vitrified tiles of size 600mmx600mmx15-16mm thick incl 4 to 5 mm thick PVC spacer in floors or skirting over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in hardended epoxy incl colour pigment to match desire colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. Note : Hardended Epoxy will be paid seperately as material and labour under relavent items

M&L for hardended epoxy to be fillied in tiles joint of 600mm x600mm x 15-16 mm thick tiles laid 4 to 5 mm spacers incl colour pigment to match desire colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean redious built in CM 1:6 all as specified

Taking down cement plaster of any description etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. Including removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing and applying fair finish 15mm thick plaster with ready mix prepacked proportioned dry mix mortar fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces ,wall surfaces including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc.complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based exterior paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for prepration of old paint surface and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by any means scrapping old surface washing the surface with Bleaching powder throughly, filling the cracks with cracks filling compound as per manufacturer instruction & applying one coat of anti algal water-based Elastomeric exterior wall finish including scaffolding etc all as specified & directed.

M&L cleaning the existing surfaces of chequered tiles/paver blocks and applying one coats of floor guard paint (1st quality as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking out shrubs/vegetation growth from building at any height and at any location with roof and applying a glyphosat pesticide or any other equivalent persticide in a ratio of 1:50 with water on roots including taking down cement plaster not etc 0.50 sqm for each tree and making good surface by plastering the same area with 20mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface to mathch existing surface with necessary scaffolding and other required T&P complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, chimny and similar suspended work including cutting of reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition including removing of debris out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge (Reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate to demotion)

Providing and fixing special water tight centering and shuttering including bolting, strutting, propping etc. so as to withstand a pressure of 0.1 Mpa including removal of form from all locations including beams, columns, slabs, walls, foundations, footings, landings, stairs, balconies etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for Slabs supported on walls beams ,columns,deck slab ,in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms over including bedding layer of 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finishes including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Dismantling roof sheets / wall cladding etc complete all as spcified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing/ grill made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, with Fe-290 (Gde E165) quality A complete all as specified., drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts, including, tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc as directed by EIC (each line wire to be measured).

M&L two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Demolition of plain cement/Asphaltic concrete in ground floors n. exc. 15 cm in thickness (below or above GL)unreinforced and removing debries out side of MoD land.

M & L for screed bedding 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1: 6 even and fair complete all as specified .

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor/ path/ Plinth protection including necessary form work, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement. all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thk cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floors finishes all as specified.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Machine Pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 60 mm thick M-35 Grade of any shape and size confirming to IS -15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine Pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 80 mm thick M-40 Grade of any shape and size confirming to IS -15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/kerbs including necessary form work including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in soft/loose soil for post holes or similar holes each n. exc. 0.5Cum getting out returning filling and ramming earth or broken rabble mixed with earth around in layer n. exc. 25cm all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concretre etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in landings,cover slabs for man holes,chambers etc and similar articles set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning existing strom drain /open drainage / culverts / manholes of up to 1.50m depth including removing cover slabs , soils , spoils , vegetation , silt etc and refixing cover slabs including making good in cement mortar 1: 6 and removing material outside the MD land exc. 5 Km but n. exc 10 Km complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Works shall be carried out upto G+05 storey bldg. Rate incl removal of all debries outside of MD land and necessary scaffolding & Safety Net Cloth at places.
