Laying of 250 mm diameter M.S rising main damaged due to land slide caused by heavy rains and land slides at lift irrigation station Plal by way of retrieving 250 mm diameter 180 ft pipeline from the debris along the river bed by using excavation machine/ Long boom crane/manual labour. Carriage and shifting of retrieved pipeline to site of installation by using skilled manual labour and machinery. Cutting of 50 ft of worn-out/ damaged/ bent portion of the pipeline using gas cutter. Providing and fitting of 50 feet of 250 mm diameter 5 mm thickness pipeline. Excavation of trench for laying of pipeline at required depth byusing manual labour and excavation machines as per alignment and site conditions. Placing of the MS pipes in required alignment as per site conditions in trench with help of loader and skilled manual labour. Welding of pipes in layers using good quality welding electrodes so as to avoid any leakage as and laying alignment of rising main. Providing and fabrication of 3 number bends required as per alignment of pipeline. Connecting of rising main with 250 mm diameter delivery line coming out of the pump room. The job includes refilling of earth in trench after laying of pipeline. Disposal of the surplus soil so as to avoid inconvenience to the public. Complete job includes cost of material, welding charges, skilled/ semi-skilled labour, charges for diesel generator required for arc welding and gas cutting of pipeline, charges for excavator machine, loading and crane charges for retrieving of material from river bed, transportation charges and carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load. Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions. The firm have to give rebate on old scrap.
