Cleaning and servicing complete interiors and exterior of Erector Hostel Rasoolabad, Kanpur Dehat to keep it in clean and hygeinic condition round the clock. SCOPE OF WORK : A- Daily works-General Area, Room cleaning and Toilet Area: 01- Corridor Floors- Dust Controlling with Dust Control Mop continuous. 02- Corridor Floors- Scrubbing and drying with machine once in a day. 03- Stair Case- Wet Mopping and Dry Mopping and grill cleaning twic a day. 04- Office Cabins & Section Offices- Floor Brooming, mopping, chair & Sofa damp wiping. 05- Rooms- Dusting of furniture, brooming of floor and wet mopping of floor. 06- Toilet in rooms- cleaning of floor, scrubbing of urinals & w.c., cleaning of fixtures. 07- Door and Door Handle Cleaning- Damp Wiping once in a day. 08- Window Glass Cleaning- Washing and Drying with glass cleaning Kit once daily. 09- Garbage cleaning and disposal- Removable of garbage in each shift within the premises. 10- Fire Extinguisher Cleaning- Damp Mopping once daily. 11- Toilet Floor- Continuous mopping and twice in a day wet and dry mopping. 12- Toilet Side Wall- Damp Mopping once in a day. 13- Toilet doors and Door Handles- Once in a day damp mopping. 14- Washbasin Surrounding Area- Continuous damp wiping. 15- Toilet Mirror Cleaning-Washing and drying with glass cleaning kit twice in a day. 16- Commode Cleaning-Washing twice. 17- Urinals Cleaning- Continuous Washing twice in a day. 18- Dustbins- Collection and Removable of garbage within the premises. B: Weekly/Fortnightly work – General Area and Toilet Area. 1- Corridor – Weekly Deep Scrubbing and Drying with Single Disc & Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner. 2- Stair Case- Weekly Hand scrubbing or with single disc. 3- Garbage Cleaning- Daily washing of dustbins. 4- Side Walls- Damp Cleaning up to man reachable height. 5- Toilet Floor – Weekly Scrubbing and Drying with single disc. 6- Glass cleaning with Glass Cleaning Kit. NOTE: Variation and repetition of above work may be done as per requirement of guests for which no extra charge shall be payable. C: Misc. cleaning works: 01- Lawn area is to be kept clean free of rubbish, polythene, pouch etc. 02- Garbage shall be disposed off outside of Erector Hostel premises and Away from Rasulabad township on daily basis. 03- Peripheral drains inside the Guest House premises and adjoining outside Drains along the boundary wall shall be kept clean on daily basis. 04- All soak pit/Septic Tank cleaning and opening of choked W.C. seat, Sewerage line is included in the job. 05- Plane roof/ polycarbonate sheet roof/slopping roof/round roof of Gumbad and all facades are to be kept clean and free of dust. 06- Daily brooming/washing with water as required is to be done on Pathways/Parking area. 07- Boundary wall, Gate, Security hut cleaned and kept free of dust. 08- Park & Plantation Maintenance.
