Part -C : Job work Job cards will be issued for the work to be carried out against following items with details like completion time as mutually agreed. If the job is not completed in the mutually agreed specified time in job card, penalty of 1% of Job work per delayed day will be levied subjected to max. of 10% of value of Job work & the same will be recovered from RA bills.

Repairing of old defective ceiling fan of sweep size 900, 1200 & 1400mm by rewinding with synthetic enamelled copper wire of 30 to 38 SWG (As per existing) , no. of poles shall be 12/14/16/18 (As per sweep) including replacement of ball bearings no. - 6201 & 6202, suitable cotor pins, nut & bolts of necessary size, shaft modification on lath machine, etc. All the material used in ceiling fan motor rewinding including winding wire insulating material and insulating varnish etc should be of a good quality. Scrapping & Painting of fan body & blades with double coat of synthetic enamel paint. The re-winded ceiling fan motors shall be covered under a guarantee for a minimum period of 06 months.
