Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out. in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg,in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast ce- ment concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth using extra cement including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound liquid grade conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified and directed. (Pidiproof of Dr.fixit or equivalent)

M&L for brickwork (except Bricks) with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hardstanding/ ramp and finishing the surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in flooring finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless double syphonic action type flushing cistern low level of 10 Ltr capacity white with inlet ball valve, float, flushing bend & handle including brackets, suitable for both Indian Type Water Closet & Europeon Type Water Closet including brackets & connection to pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dewatering of septic tank/soakage well of any depth and description by manual or with sewage pump and sewage tanker after pluging of incoming sewage line and throwing waste into non residential area or in drain/nallaha complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning / clearance of blocked WC (any type) at any floor from WC to first manhole and making the drain pipe fully functional by flushing with water to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, including disposal of sludge / waste materials upto 50 mtr and burrying the same in a pit complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (a) Cost of excavation and removal of surplus soil for pit for burrying the wastes/sludgs etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost.

Cleaning / clearance of blocked kitchens, bathroom, WHB from Nahani /floor trap to gully trap / Ist manhole and making the drain pipe full functional by flushing with water to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including disposal of sludge /waste material upto 50m and burrying the same in a pit complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (a) Cost of excavation and removal of surplus soil of pit for burrying the wastes/sludgs etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost.

Cleaning of blocked pipe from Floor trap/Nahani trap, Gully trap, water closet and C I pipe upto First manholes by removing the sludge/mud,silt both organic and inorganic nature including any type of forign materialand removing waste material slaudge etc to a distance exceeding 50 mtrs and sealing the sides of traps in bath/kitchen using Aqua TS of 'Aquashield water proofing' or equivalent, any damage caused during cleaning shall be made for smooth functioning and madde good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

M&L for disludging of manhole (Depth of manhole n exc 1.5 m depth Mtrs) by taking out sludge and foregin materials and excavating a pit of appropriate size for depositing sludge in the pit and covering with 30 cm thick layer of soil to cover the sludge including removing surplus soil where directed by GE including sprinking of bleaching powder over the pits complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of underground drain pipe of 150 mm bore including manholes by rodding from manhole to manhole, manhole to septic tank, flushing with water taking out sludge and other materials blocking the drain pipes, carrying/removing the same outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of underground drain pipe of 200 mm bore including manholes by rodding from manhole to manhole, manhole to septic tank, flushing with water taking out sludge and other materials blocking the drain pipes, carrying/removing the same outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demucking of filled soil in drains of any size depth or section in any condition as per site requirement and spreading along road side berms complete all as specified and directed .

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 1,52,430.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 24). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
