The contractor shall not have any claim regarding age or procurement details of the transformer. Before commissioning, the Contractor shall carry out at site the following tests as per relevant IS standards and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge: (a) Acidity Test of oil, (b) Sludge Test, (c) Insulation Resistance (IR) Test, and (d) Breakdown Voltage (BDV) Test of oil. 2) The cost of all tests, re-tests, labour, instruments, and consumables shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. 3) If test results do not meet IS requirements, the Contractor shall carry out necessary servicing of the transformer at site, including oil treatment/filtration and allied works, to achieve satisfactory results, at no extra cost. 4) The quoted rate shall include the cost of replacement of defective or unserviceable spares such as bushes (HT/LT – total 7 Nos.), nuts, bolts, washers, grease, gaskets, etc., wherever required. 5) No claim shall be admissible on account of testing, re-testing, servicing, delay, idling, or commissioning issues. Notes for Item No. 11.134 to 11.140: (1) LT/AMF/Feeder Pillar Panel complete with all components as specified was procured under an earlier contract and shall be issued under Schedule ‘B’, Free for Fixing. 2) Transportation of the LT/AMF/Feeder Pillar Panel from the MES store/yard to the work site shall be deemed to be included in the Contractor’s quoted rate, and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. 3) Before commissioning, the Contractor shall carry out all relevant tests at site as per applicable IS standards and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of testing and re-testing shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. 4) If the test results do not meet the prescribed requirements, the Contractor shall carry out the necessary servicing of the LT/AMF/Feeder Pillar Panel at site. The cost of such servicing, including checking of switchgears for the LT Panel, is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 5) The quoted rate shall also include the provision of angle iron frame support and replacement of control wiring, wherever required. 6) The Contractor shall be deemed to have visited the site, inspected the existing items conditions before quoting. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on account of lack of site knowledge, constraints, or difficulties arising from the existing item 7) No claim shall be admissible on account of testing, re-testing, servicing, delay, idling, or commissioning issues. Commissioning shall be permitted only after satisfactory test results are obtained.

Note for Item No. 11.141 (1) The transformer was procured under an earlier contract and was already installed/mounted on the platform at site. The contractor shall not have any claim regarding age or procurement details of the transformer. Before commissioning, the Contractor shall carry out at site the following tests as per relevant IS standards and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge: (a) Acidity Test of oil, (b) Sludge Test, (c) Insulation Resistance (IR) Test, and (d) Breakdown Voltage (BDV) Test of oil. 2) The cost of all tests, re-tests, labour, instruments, and consumables shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. 3) If test results do not meet IS requirements, the Contractor shall carry out necessary servicing of the transformer at site, including oil treatment/filtration and allied works, to achieve satisfactory results, at no extra cost. 4) The quoted rate shall include the cost of replacement of defective or unserviceable spares such as bushes (HT/LT – total 7 Nos.), nuts, bolts, washers, grease, gaskets, etc., wherever required. 5) No claim shall be admissible on account of testing, re-testing, servicing, delay, idling, or commissioning issues. Commissioning shall be allowed only after satisfactory test results are achieved. 6)The Contractor shall be deemed to have visited the site, inspected the existing items conditions before quoting. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on account of lack of site knowledge, constraints, or difficulties arising from the existing item.

Notes for Item No. 12.013 :- (1) LT Panel complete with all components as specified was procured under an earlier contract and shall be issued under Schedule ‘B’, Free for Fixing. 2) Transportation of the LT Panel from the MES store/yard to the work site shall be deemed to be included in the Contractor’s quoted rate, and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. 3) Before commissioning, the Contractor shall carry out all relevant tests at site as per applicable IS standards and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of testing and re-testing shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. 4) If the test results do not meet the prescribed requirements, the Contractor shall carry out the necessary servicing of the LT Panel at site. Install, Test, Commissioning of open well submersible pump set 80x80mm for pumping clear water at ambient temperature from UG sump for delivering 25 m3/hours at a total head of 40 mtr complete with suitable electric motor 7.5 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 HZ with dry run protector and delivering with GI medium grade pipe of 80 mm dia with flanged bend brought outside the sump GL upto 1.0 mtr and including having GI chain/rubber insulated rope of suitable length to lift the pump set with necessary submersible cable connection. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Install, Test, commissioning of open well submersible pump set 25x25 mm for pumping clear water at ambient temperature from UG sump for delivering 165 LPM at a total head of 25 mtr complete with suitable electric motor 3.0 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 HZ with dry run protector and delivering with GI medium grade pipe of 50 mm dia with flanged bend brought outside the sump GL upto 1.0 mtr and including having GI chain/rubber insulated rope of suitable length to lift the pump set with necessary submersible cable connection, complete all as specified and as directed.
