Labour only for cleaning of Underground Clear Water Sumps of capacity 4.25 Lakh Gal at main BML installation complete all as specified and directed .

Labour only for cleaning of Underground Sludge Water Sump connected with Recycle water sump double compartment of capacity 1.5 Lakh Gal at main BML installation complete, Sludge waste to be disposed outside Defence land all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of underground sump capacity 2.0 Lakh Gallon single or double compartments at New & Old Cantt Patiala Military Station (Limb II & Limb III) including all required T & P and Manpower comprising the following process:-

Notes for Srl No. 1 to 6:- (a) Draining out water and evacuation of internal surfaces including floor and ceiling with mechanical pressure machine by applying solution of H2 02 (Hydrogen per Oxide) in the ratio of 1: 100 ( 1 LTR of H202 and 100 Ltr of water). (b) Dislodging the dirt layers with high-speed water jet including scrapping the surface with wire brush and draining out the sludge water. (c) Cleaning the internal surfaces complete with Mechanical Scrubber and washing the surfaces with high-pressure water jet. (d) Filling the chambers with clear water and washing out prior to refill after complete process.

Draining out raw water, taking out silt & other waste particles from clariflocculator tank inner and outer (two nos ) at BML and removal of silt at distance not less than 500 mtrs from tank and then cleaning and washing of inner walls and floor of tank including removing sticky particles by scraping with sand paper till all the surfaces are totally cleaned, washing the surface using solution of Hydrogen per -oxide in the ratio of 1:100 and White washing to complete internal walls of tank all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber of RCC overhead reservoir either single or double compartment of capacity up to two Lakh gallon at 70 to 80 ft staging pump house 03 & 09 at Patiala Military Station including all required T & P and manpower comprising of the following processes.

Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber of RCC overhead reservoir either single or double compartment of capacity up to One Lakh gallon at 70 to 80 ft staging pump house 1,2,4,5,6,8,10,13,20,24 & 25 at Patiala Military Station including all required T & P and manpower comprising of the following processes.

Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber of RCC overhead reservoir either single or double compartment of capacity up to 75,000 gallon at 70 to 80 ft staging pump house 14 at Patiala Military Station including all required T & P and manpower comprising of the following processes.

Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber of RCC overhead reservoir either single or double compartment of capacity up to 50,000 gallon at 70 to 80 ft staging pump house 12,15,18 & 19 at Patiala Military Station including all required T & P and manpower comprising of the following processes.

Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber of RCC overhead reservoir either single or double compartment of capacity up to 35,000 to 40,000 gallon at 70 to 80 ft staging pump house 21,22 & 23 at Patiala Military Station including all required T & P and manpower comprising of the following processes.

Notes for Srl No. 7 to 12:- (a) Draining out water and evacuation of internal surfaces including floor and ceiling with mechanical pressure machine by applying solution of H2 02 (Hydrogen per Oxide) in the ration of 1: 100 ( 1 LT of HZ 02 and 100 Ltr of water). (b) Dislodging the dirt layers with high-speed water jet including scrapping the surface with wire brush and draining out the sludge water. (c) Cleaning the internal surfaces complete with Mechanical Scrubber and washing the surfaces with high-pressure water jet. (d) White washing to complete internal walls of chambers (Single or double). (e) Filling the chambers with clear water and washing out prior to refill after complete process. (g) Writing date of cleaning in bold letters with paint as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Draining out raw water ( 60 Lakh Gallons appx) completely from Open Raw Water Tank capacity 175 Lakh gallons, having size not more than 150 mtrs in length, 150 mtrs in width and 5.5 mtrs in depth by means, depth of the residual water including floating substances approximately up to the height of 40 CM from the bottom of the sump from the tank by taking out water with Non clog Pumpset / Diesel Engine coupled with pumpset from Raw water tank to open sludge water sump at distance not more than 500 mtr from the Raw water tank complete including necessary minor repair all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:- (a) The Raw water tank shall be disconnected initially by shutting down Gear box type sluice valves i.e Inlet / Outlet and interconnected valves of Raw water tanks of size upto 1000mm bore (b) Non clog pumpset/ Diesel Engine coupled with pumpset of suitable capacity including other required T&P items for taking out muddy water from the Raw water tank shall be provided by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be included in the unit rate quoted.

Taking out silt including other waste particles from Raw water tank (02 Nos) capacity 175 Lakh Gal having size not more than 150 mtrs in length, 150mtrs in width and 5.5mtrs in depth, 30 cm average height of silt from ground level, by means of any other suitable T&P, removal of silt at distance not less than 500 mtrs from Raw water tank and then cleaning and washing of inner walls and floor of Raw water tank including removing sticky particles by scraping with sand paper till all the surfaces are totally cleaned, washing the surface using solution of Hydrogen per -oxide in the ratio of 1:100 to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) T&P required for taking out silt and cleaning of Raw water tank shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof shall be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) The surface of walls / floor of Raw water tank shall not be damaged during taking out muddy water/ silt from Raw water tank and the making good the disturbed surface shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost.

Conducting Chemical Analysis of Treated water as per IS-10500-1991 with latest revisions incl Turbidity tests of raw water and clear(treated) water of BML water supply installation if any shall be carried out once in span of 2 month from the date of commencement of work.

Cleaning the entire area within the fencing/ boundary wall of BML installation which includes cutting of bushes /shrubs / unwanted Grass in the periphery and surrounding of complete installation, cleaning of surrounding area of Raw water sump (02 Nos) upto 9 mtrs (including cleaning Brick lining) from fencing of tank, surrounding area of Flocculators, Chlorine chamber, Sludge pumping installation, O/H reservoir, Chlorine room, Filteration installation, Gen rooms, drains as well as Clear water sumps, Aerator appx size 9.5 mtrs dia (including scrubbing & cleaning of Tiles fixed on surface of three steps inside Aerator connected with open channels with solution) connected with Clariflocculatorsremoving unwanted grass of the complete installation, including sweeping of whole area and disposal of all the removed material after cutting/ cleaning all as directed. The plinths around the complete buildings at installation is to be maintained free from any type of grass and cleaning complete. (Rate quoted will be composite cleaning of area by deploying of Man power and all type of T&P)

Cleaning the entire area within the fencing/ boundary wall of Limb II & III installation which includes cutting of bushes /shrubs / unwanted Grass in the periphery and surrounding of complete installation, drains as well as Clear water sumps, removing unwanted grass of the complete installation, including sweeping of whole area and disposal of all the removed material after cutting/ cleaning all as directed. The plinths around the complete buildings at installation is to be maintained free from any type of grass and cleaning complete. (Rate quoted will be composite cleaning of area by deploying of Man power and all type of T&P)

Supply only O-Tolodine regent solution in 500 ml bottle as per Sample approved complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gland packing suitable for Pump from 5 HP to 75 HP.

Supply only Gear oil c-600 as per make approved by GE.

Supply only Compressor Oil as per make approved by GE.

Supply only tyre coupling suitable for 30 to 70 HP centrifugal pump

Supply only Superior quality grease as per make approved by GE.

Supply only Nuts, bolts, washer and studs as per sample.

Cleaning the entire area within the fencing/ boundary wall of tubewell installations which includes cutting of bushes/shrubs/unwanted grass in the periphery/surrounding of complete installation i.e O/H reservoir, Gen rooms, Clear water sumps, over head tanks, removing unwanted grass and small bushes, triming of trees of the complete installation including sweeping of whole area and disposal of all the removed material as directed after cutting/cleaning. The plinths around the complete buildings at installation is to be maintained free from any type of grass and cleaning complete all as directed and specified by Engr in charge at Pump House area TW No 1, 2, 5,6,7,8,10,12,13, 14,15,19,20,21,22, 23, 24, (Rate quoted will be composite cleaning of area throughout the periodicity as an when required by deploying regular source of cleaning i.e man power and all type of T&P.).

Taking down cast iron water main with flanged end of 150mm bore, from rising / supply / overflow / washout main of Over head reservior No 1 &3 including disconnecting pipes and fittings including fixing of temporaray castigating scaffolding upto the height of approx 25 mtrs for opening and fixing of CI pipe of OH reservior, chain pulley assembly, lifting jack for holding vertical pipe and other misc T&P items complete including Run lead joints in fittings and extracting old lead all as specified and directed. NOTE : Old retrived lead may be used by the contractor under this item. Additional lead as required shall be arranged by the contractor. New joint will be carried out only after extracting of old spun yarn and packing new spun yarn.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing cast iron water pipes with flanged end of 150 mm bore centrifugally cast, class A conforming to IS 1536:1989, in any length, jointing with rubber gasket, MS nuts, bolts and washer in rising / supply/Washout/Overflow of O/H reservior, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints and concrete surfaces as in wall or ceiling etc. including hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement including WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of wall and applyting three coat of white washcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer including acrylick thick wall care putty 1.5 to 2.5mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceiling surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer acrylick thick wall care putty 1.5 to 2.5mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roofprojections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer including and over acrylic thick wall care putty 1.5 to 2.5mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B', old size bricks, designation 100, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete reinforced, all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of path or hard standing 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22mm thcik with grey cement and pigment, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed rubber moulded ISI marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and of colour 50 % red coloured tiles and 50% grey coloured tiles confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade and including filling of interstices with fine sand over including 25mm thick layer of sand cusion over 75mm thck PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stoen agg), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of steel and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete, all as speciifed and directed.

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for mild steel frame work as in gate, doors including cast iron ornament and designs etc complete, all as specified and directed. Note : Gate will be hanged on support of pintle hinges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick as in covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
