Housekeeping Services: Regular Cleaning, Sweeping, moping of common floor area, common facilities modules, common toilets, parking area, reception area, courtyard, common modules kitchen and toilets area etc as per the detailed scope of work by Mechanized/manual means with all labour, brooms, tools, transportation etc. with all lead and lift including lifting, removal and disposal of waste/dust/earth collected by sweeping, modules trash (Nonhazardous, Non Industrial) as per requirement of site and as direct by engineer-in- charge complete in all respect as per the scope of work and directions of EIC. All the Housekeeping materials/ consumables, such as Brooms, Mop sticks and other cleaning materials, agents, etc. / machinery like vacuum cleaner, mopping machine and any other machinery as required to execute the above jobs shall arranged by the agency/concessionaire Provider. Agency has to engage minimum manpower as per the detailed scope of work. Rate to be quoted inclusive of all taxes.

Horticulture Services:The scope of work includes regular Watering of Plants / Trees, Weed removing, Trimming & pruning of plants, Soil mulching, Lawn mowing, Hedges cutting etc., Shrubs cutting, Cleaning garden areas, Applying fertilizer or compost manure / vermiculture manure alternate month or as and when required. Applying pesticides like insecticide and fungicide alternate month or as and when required. Disposal of dry/ fallen leaves etc at designated dumping place at his own. Removing of unwanted plants on the surface, building/ boundary walls, etc. Uprooting / removing of the grass, unwanted plants, shrubs, etc. around the buildings, inside the storm drainage lines, building /boundary walls, roof tops, on sewage pipelines of the buildings, pathways, building entrances, etc. *The necessary tools, manures, pesticides, other consumables, etc. required for the gardening work has to be provided by the Contractor at their own cost within the quoted rates. The cost of manpower, materials etc. should be covered in the price bid. No additional payment will be made by the RIICO. Plantation of seasonal flowers, maintaining flower beds, and enhancing overall landscape beauty. Agency has to engage minimum manpower as per the detailed scope of work. Lift Operator Services :Scope of work includes Provision of experienced liftmen with minimum X pass qualification for operation of the lifts: - i.e. (description of placement of lift operators) Maintaining of complaints register. Regular follow up with the OEM for any repair to make it operational etc as per the direction of EIC. Agency has to engage minimum manpower as per the detailed scope of work. Rate to be quoted inclusive of all taxes.

Plumbing and Electrical Services:Regular inspection, of electrical systems, including wiring, switches, circuit breakers, and distribution panels of common area as well as modules. Prompt resolution of electrical faults and emergencies to minimize downtime, Regular inspection of water lines, bathroom and kitchen fittings, firefighting lines and sewer lines for leakage and repairing of the same including cost of material, operation of DG set, refilling of fire extinguishers etc as per the detailed scope of work. Agency has to engage minimum manpower as per the detailed scope of work. Rate to be quoted inclusive of all taxes.

Security Services and monitoring through CCTV Surveillance:Engaging security staff 24 x 7 for regular monitoring of FFC for security of complex as per the detailed scope of work, maintaining of entry/exit visitors register, monitoring of surveillance system and its regular maintenance for smooth functioning that in no case security surveillance remains non-working. Engaging parking assistant for assitance of vehicle drivers during entry and exis as well as maintaining entry / exit register. Agency has to engage minimum manpower as per the detailed scope of work. Rate to be quoted inclusive of all taxes.

Estate manager and Reception Services:Provision of experienced staff at the reception of FFC as providing required information to visitors as Reception will be the single point of contact for visitors as well as for the building occupants.Reception staff shall undertake the activities as mandated by RIICO which may include providing the information about the availability of vacant modules, rates/ charges and other related information to the visitors. . Agency has also to engage one estate manager to over all monitor the services as per the detailed scope of work. Agency has to engage minimum manpower as per the detailed scope of work.
