Providing and laying lime concrete with graded brick bats and 50% lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 Slaked lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 Coarse sand) rammed and finished with gur and belgiri treatment excluding cost of centring and shuttering. (Thickness 100 mm)

30-40mm lime plaster in two coats with 20mm base coat in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 Surkhi :1 Coarse Sand) and top coat in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 Surkhi :1 Fine Sand).

Repairing ornamental plaster works to match with the existing design using lime plaster (1lime putty:1surkhi : 1 fine sand)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. NOTE:- To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done

Provision for hiring (for 6 months) of special type of lime mortar mill (pan type) electrical/mechnical for thorough grinding and mixing of lime mortar and making lime putty as per site requirement including diesel and maintenance.

Curing of Lime concrete/Lime plaster surface with water mixed with milk of lime, pulp of belgiri and jaggery water (Gur/sheera) to achive the required hardness.

Construction of tanks of different sizes for slaking of lime and making lime putty as per archaelogical specification: Brick Work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing, erecting, maintaining and removing temporary protective screens made out of specified fabric with all necessary fixing arrangement to ensure that it remains in position for the work duration as required by the Engineer-in-charge. Wooven PVC cloth

Brick flooring ( as existing ) with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12mm lime mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 surkhi : 1 coarse sand)

Applying two or more coat of Ethyl Silicate chemical as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/ Engineer-incharge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with brush or spray on the existing stone masonry surface till there is no further absorption of chemical by stone surface, including protecting the applied surface from direct sunlight by suitable means during application, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials and labours involved except scaffolding).

Removal of blackening, old sulphated lime wash in multiple application without causing damage to the below plastered surface. Scrubbing (not by scraping which leaves surfaces scarred and scratched ) with bristle brushes and hot water ( Care to be taken if the surface is weak one it will break down). Hot water should be used if the blackening/limewash has an oil or tallow binder. Gentle cleaning with air abrasive tools can be used if the wall surface is not very week.The final clean will almost invariably have to be carried out by hand scrubbing and rinsed with clean water on completion. The work should be done under supervision of a trained conservator.

Lime punning with lime putty mixed with Gur,Bilgri,Urd and other ingredients followed by grinding to fine paste for smooth finish.../.

Reconsolidation of Brick Masonry: Traditional brick masonry in lakhori bricks in lime mortar (similar to existing propotion of mortar 1:1:1 , 1 lime : 1 surkhi : sand )

Stone slab 20 to 25 mm thick (colour matching to existing and compatible to heritage ) over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with lime slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab,(laid on roof) including rubbing and polishing complete with base of lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime :1surkhi:1 coarse sand)....,,

Dismantling stone slab/Brick flooring (damage and decayed) laid in lime/cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead....,,.

Careful removal of existing deteriorated/ damaged/weathered lime/Cement plaster without damaging the surface below it. Methodology: This Item will execute after erecting scaffolding enabling the safe platform to work and with using precise tools like scalpe to remove the plaster. Precaution will be taken such that surface below the plaster is not damaged....,,..
