Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Supplying and laying of Interlocking Paver Block Stone 60mm thick Over a base layer of crushed stone sandfilling incl. Cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of Class 5 (having working pressure of 10 kg/sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety of the following dia including cutting, and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) in accordance with IS 7634-3(2003) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The UPVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works. - Internal water supply - above ground level.

Supplying and fixing of 2.0 HP Submersible Pump

Supplying, fabricating and erecting steel roof trusses and purlins using MS Square Hollow Tubes of required size and thickness as per design, including necessary gusset plates, tie members, and bracings. The members shall be properly cut, welded/bolted, aligned and fixed with foundation anchor bolts embedded in concrete bed blocks. All joints shall be welded/bolted as directed. The truss shall be provided with ridge purlins and proper spacing for roofing sheets. All members shall be given one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, including all labour, cutting, welding, erection, scaffolding, alignment and transportation, complete as per standard specification.

Supplying , fixing and roofing with colour galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolt and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and installation of two-track sliding uPVC windows with integrated fly mesh shall utilize uPVC profile sections with an outer wall thickness of 2.30mm (±0.2mm), featuring an outer frame of 92mm x 52mm x 52mm, a shutter of 66mm x 42mm x 50mm, an interlock of 45mm x 36mm, a glazing bead of 24.5mm x 16mm, and a fly mesh shutter of 66mm x 30mm. All profiles of frames, sash, and mullion shall be reinforced, where required, with 1mm thick GI steel sections. Each window will be equipped with various security devices, such as touch locks or crescent locks, along with nylon rollers and an aluminium track for smooth operation, all supplied as per requirements, compliant with relevant specifications, and as directed by departmental personnel. The windows shall incorporate 5mm thick Plain or Pinhead glass, held securely by TPE (Grey) weather-sealed gaskets. All corners and mullion joints of the frame and sash are to be mitred cut and fusion welded without any mechanical joints, with all welded joints neatly trimmed and finished with a grooved nib to ensure the final products are free from sharp edges. The complete window units shall be fixed into pre- finished openings by drilling and fastening through the outer frame using high-quality fasteners, and silicon sealant will be applied to fill the gap between the wall and window frame for a leak-proof installation and complete finish etc., Complete and as directed by the department officers.

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel grills for windows, ventilators etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting New Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
