Procurement of Pre-printed computer tickets.

Order will be placed only on RBI/IBA approved and ISO 9000-9001 certified security printers.The Firm empanelled as security printers in the current and valid List of Indian bank association should only quote. Firm should also submit documentary proof for the same.

Authorized dealers/Agents must submit tender specific authorization issued by manufacturer of the offer product, failing of which their offer will not be considered as valid offer and such offer will be summarily rejected . No back reference on either side will be entertained.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Public procurement ( preference to Make in India) is applicable as per attached GCC clause no. 29.0

EMD & SD clause will be applicable as per attached GCC clause no. 5.0 & 6.0 respectively.

The tickets is money value items and utmost care is expected for error free printing and supply of its. Failure to supply error free tickets may cause serious and huge loss to Railway.

Without prejudice to other terms and conditions of contract and Railway legal right in case of errors, following pre-determined losses will be recovered from the firm in case of errors in printing such as mis- printing, mistake in numbering, including double numbering or missing number, excess printing, missing tickets, duplicate tickets, or other error as under- (i). A nominal penalty of Rs.10/- Rs. Ten per error per tickers shall be applicable for error up to 0.01percent ie.100 error in a million tickets. and error over and above 0.01percent shall be liable for penalty of Rs.1000/- Rs. One thousand per error per tickets. For the purpose of the error the report received either from COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT or PCMM office authorized representative shall preserve the tickets with error for scrutiny, if any at later date. (ii). The decision to determine whether or not an error has occurred in printing/ supply shall rest with PCMM, South Eastern Railway and decision shall be final and binding. The recovery of these predetermined losses shall not in any way mean dilution of any other contractual or legal right that railways might have in the matter. The Railways also reserve the right to take any other actions as deemed fit in addition to the recovery of the above specified pre-determined losses. (iii). In case of complete roll is missing then the cost of the roll shall be deducted from the firms bill and no penalties shall be imposed. In case of complete roll is supplied with duplicate numbering i.e. Two rolls supplied with the same ticket number the cost of one the roll shall be deducted from the firms bill and no penalties shall be imposed.
