Note :- (i) Minimum 01 Team comprising 01 FGM (Semi Skilled) and 04 Helper (Unskilled) Each will be deployed by the contractor to attend the complaints on daily basis including Sunday and holidays, for the same attendance will be maintained. (ii) Online complaint received at complaint cell will be notified to contractor on complaint slip at any time between 0600 hrs to 2000 hrs and the same shall be immediately attended and defects rectified with in six hrs from notification of complaint to the contractor. (iii) Confirmation of attendence & rectification of complaint shall be given in writing by the contractor and same shall be recorded in the register maintained for the purpose. (iv) In case the contractor fails to attent complaints within stipulated time (i.e 6 Hrs) a penalty shall be imposed @ Rs 300 per complaint. For absent of labour Rs. 400/- per labour per day will be recoverd as penalty. (v) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed included the cost of necessary Labour required and the cost of necessary T&P required (vi) In case materials are required shall be measured and paid separetley under respective item.
