ANTI WEED TREATMENT AND BASE LAYER OF INTERLOCKING TILES
Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking blocks of M 30 grade 60mm thick manufactured from fully computerised automatic stationery hydraullic vibropressed machine and fully computerised automatic batching plant of class A1/A2 as per BS 6717:2001. The CC interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm. thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, Lifts and taxes. JELLY SPREADING (Gravelling)
Providing and laying 100mm thick layer of granite/basalt/trap jelly(gravel) of 40mm single size shall be spread over the entire switchyard area as per drawing and directions of engineer incharge of the work. The whole switchyard area (excluding buildings pathway road, drainages, cable trenches, equipments/ structures/ plinths etc.) shall be covered with jelly spreading. The jelly used shall be free from dirt, organic materials and flakes.
Supply & Fixing Barricades to confine Jelly (gravel), which include Supply and fixing cement concrete solid blocks of size 60x(20+25)/2x30 cms (l, b, h) jointed with CM 1:4, made from precast M-20 concrete and laid over 100 mm thick base of PCC 1:4:8 including necessary curing etc. complete. The top of concrete block shall be 100 mm above gravel top with provision of suitable openings for drainage of rain water. The exposed surface of barricades shall be applied with two coat of water proof cement paint.

ANTI WEED TREATMENT AND BASE LAYER OF INTERLOCKING TILES
Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking blocks of M 30 grade 60mm thick manufactured from fully computerised automatic stationery hydraullic vibropressed machine and fully computerised automatic batching plant of class A1/A2 as per BS 6717:2001. The CC interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm. thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, Lifts and taxes. JELLY SPREADING (Gravelling)
Providing and laying 100mm thick layer of granite/basalt/trap jelly(gravel) of 40mm single size shall be spread over the entire switchyard area as per drawing and directions of engineer incharge of the work. The whole switchyard area (excluding buildings pathway road, drainages, cable trenches, equipments/ structures/ plinths etc.) shall be covered with jelly spreading. The jelly used shall be free from dirt, organic materials and flakes.
Supply & Fixing Barricades to confine Jelly (gravel), which include Supply and fixing cement concrete solid blocks of size 60x(20+25)/2x30 cms (l, b, h) jointed with CM 1:4, made from precast M-20 concrete and laid over 100 mm thick base of PCC 1:4:8 including necessary curing etc. complete. The top of concrete block shall be 100 mm above gravel top with provision of suitable openings for drainage of rain water. The exposed surface of barricades shall be applied with two coat of water proof cement paint.

ANTI WEED TREATMENT AND BASE LAYER OF INTERLOCKING TILES
Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking blocks of M 30 grade 60mm thick manufactured from fully computerised automatic stationery hydraullic vibropressed machine and fully computerised automatic batching plant of class A1/A2 as per BS 6717:2001. The CC interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm. thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, Lifts and taxes. General specification of blocks: 1) Shape as defined by Engineer incharge 2) Tensile splitting strength and braking load as per BS 6717:2001 3) Color: Grey cement natural colour 4) Variation in dimension: Less than 1.6mm. 5) Variation in thickness: Less than 3.2mm 6) Abrasion: As per BS: 6717:2001
JELLY SPREADING (Gravelling)
Providing and laying 100mm thick layer of granite/basalt/trap jelly(gravel) of 40mm single size shall be spread over the entire switchyard area as per drawing and directions of engineer incharge of the work. The whole switchyard area (excluding buildings pathway road, drainages, cable trenches, equipments/ structures/ plinths etc.) shall be covered with jelly spreading. The jelly used shall be free from dirt, organic materials and flakes.
Supply & Fixing Barricades to confine Jelly (gravel), which include Supply and fixing cement concrete solid blocks of size 60x(20+25)/2x30 cms (l, b, h) jointed with CM 1:4, made from precast M-20 concrete and laid over 100 mm thick base of PCC 1:4:8 including necessary curing etc. complete. The top of concrete block shall be 100 mm above gravel top with provision of suitable openings for drainage of rain water. The exposed surface of barricades shall be applied with two coat of water proof cement paint.
ROAD WORK
Construction of unreinforced, dowel jointed plain cement cocrete pavement in 150 mm thickness over and including sub-base of 150 mm thick quarry rubbish and 100 thick PCC 1:4:8 with M 30 grade cement concrete laid in approved side form work(steel channels , laying and fixing 125 micron thick polythene film wedged, steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing, spreading using shovels, rakes, compacted using needdle, plate and screed vibrator finished in continuous operation including provision of expansion and contraction and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars at expansion & construction joints only, curing etc complete including dewatering process with all equipments. work also includes providing and fixing precast cement concrete solid blocks on outer edges of both sides shoulder of size 60x(20+25)/2x30 cms (l, b, h) jointed with CM 1:4, made from precast M-20 concrete and laid over 100 mm thick base of PCC 1:4:8 including necessary curing etc. complete. The concrete block top shall be 100 mm above road top, with provision of suitable openings for drainage of rain water. The exposed surface of concrete blocks shall be applied with two coat of enamel paint, painted black and yellow alternately, and Providing and laying 80 mm thick M 30 interlocking tiles Category A Denated units to key into each other on four faces zig zag shape over 100 mm PCC 1:4:8, complete as per IRC SP 63:2004 specification on shoulders as per approved drawing, specification and direction of engineer incharge(payment shall be made as per actual length).

CONTROL ROOM BUILDING
Extension of existing control room building as per drawing and specification including internal electricafication, earthing, sanitary system including septic tank, soakage pit, outer fencing work and rain water harvesting system as per drawing approved by owner/GWD etc., water supply system including making connection with distribution system, PVC false ceiling in hall, Battary room and PLCC room, XEN/AEN Room & including replacing the false ceiling and illumination in existing control room Hall, fans, new aluminium windows including replacing all old section windows of existing building with aluminium windows, internal cable trenches covered with 6 mm thick MS chequred plates, plinth protection works with chequred tiles etc. (plinth area approximately 290 sqm of new construction, with roof projections, plinth protection, porch and all repair in existing building portion including painting and finishing to match the new construction work. )
WATER SUPPLY :-Supply and installation of water supply system with construction of GLR, submersible cables, pump room with pump and one stand- by pump for the sub-station, required electrifcation cables from control room and panels, providing and laying GI pipe line from GLR to control room, yard, guard room,store, for plantation etc including making connection , landscaping,construction and development of park as per the drawing & plantation as per specification & approved drawings and directions of engineer incharge.
Construction of Tube-well from ground levels and upto required depth & dia (as per hydrogelogist report) to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of required sizes in all types of alluvium /rocky strata by percussion/ rotary drilling method and with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and packing as per IS:2800 (part I & II) 1979 as amended upto date (the work includes the cost of gravel & its primary packing and packing during developement, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes, with supply & wrapping of coir-rope, whenever necessary, for arresting fine sand particles, including cost of housing pipe and strainer pipe assembly and developement work. Work would be completed after obtaing sand free water) work also includes supplying and installation of submersible pumping motor pump sets I.S.I. marked (IS:8034-1989) and one stand- by pump of approved make like K.S.B., Kirloskar, calama etc. or equivalent, making connection suitable for T.W. The job includes supplying and welding of flanges on G.I. riser pipes, pipe line of required dia up to GLR, required cables from control room to panel and subersible pump, installation of complete fitting & accessories, with riser pipes, jointing of electrical cables and other connections making switch board electrical connections, panels etc as per design and specification, all labour for testing of submersible pump set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect as directed by engineer incharge. Note:- Tubewell shall be constructed as per feasibility report received from hydrogeologist.
Providing, Laying & Jointing R.C.C. class NP-2 Non-Pressure pipes (IS : 458 mark) of approved make with collars, jointed with C.M. 1:2 or having Spigot and socket ends with flexible rubber rings joints including testing of joints etc. complete for 300 mm dia internal dia pipe including Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) upto haunches of S.W. pipes including bed concrete as per standard design and Excavating trenches of required width for pipes cables etc. including excavation for sockets, depth up to required depth including taking out the excavated materials, refilling the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc., stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, with all lead and lifts in all types of soil, rocks etc complete in all respect.

ANTI WEED TREATMENT AND BASE LAYER OF INTERLOCKING TILES
Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking blocks of M 30 grade 60mm thick manufactured from fully computerised automatic stationery hydraullic vibropressed machine and fully computerised automatic batching plant of class A1/A2 as per BS 6717:2001. The CC interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm. thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, Lifts and taxes. General specification of blocks: 1) Shape as defined by Engineer incharge 2) Tensile splitting strength and braking load as per BS 6717:2001 3) Color: Grey cement natural colour 4) Variation in dimension: Less than 1.6mm. 5) Variation in thickness: Less than 3.2mm 6) Abrasion: As per BS: 6717:2001
JELLY SPREADING (Gravelling)
Providing and laying 100mm thick layer of granite/basalt/trap jelly(gravel) of 40mm single size shall be spread over the entire switchyard area as per drawing and directions of engineer incharge of the work. The whole switchyard area (excluding buildings pathway road, drainages, cable trenches, equipments/ structures/ plinths etc.) shall be covered with jelly spreading. The jelly used shall be free from dirt, organic materials and flakes.
Supply & Fixing Barricades to confine Jelly (gravel), which include Supply and fixing cement concrete solid blocks of size 60x(20+25)/2x30 cms (l, b, h) jointed with CM 1:4, made from precast M-20 concrete and laid over 100 mm thick base of PCC 1:4:8 including necessary curing etc. complete. The top of concrete block shall be 100 mm above gravel top with provision of suitable openings for drainage of rain water. The exposed surface of barricades shall be applied with two coat of water proof cement paint.
Providing, Laying & Jointing R.C.C. class NP-2 Non-Pressure pipes (IS : 458 mark) of approved make with collars, jointed with C.M. 1:2 or having Spigot and socket ends with flexible rubber rings joints including testing of joints etc. complete for 300 mm dia internal dia pipe including Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) upto haunches of S.W. pipes including bed concrete as per standard design and Excavating trenches of required width for pipes cables etc. including excavation for sockets, depth up to required depth including taking out the excavated materials, refilling the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc., stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, with all lead and lifts in all types of soil, rocks etc complete in all respect.
