Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) sal wood.

Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked black enameled M.S. pressed Butt hinges bright finished or required size with necessary screw excluding, panelling which will be paid for separately all completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2nd class deodar wood (35mm thick).

Providing and fixing paneling of plain particle board flat pressed, 3 layers (like Nova pan, Eco board etc.) or graded wood particle board (like Bhutan Board) medium density Grade I, IS : 3087 marked for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Paneling for paneled or paneled and glazed shutters 25mm to 40mm thick. Plain particle board flat pressed, 3 layers (like Novapan, Ecoboard etc.) or graded wood particle board (like bhutan board) medium density grade I, IS 3087 marked.

Providing & fixing glazed shutters 35mm thick for doors, windows and clear story windows using 10Kg/Sqm (4mm thick) glass panes including black enameled ISI marked M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws in second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width for aperture 1.4mm in both direction with wire of dia 0.63mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws in second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture including providing and fixing top and bottom pivot and spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge (door handle, lock and stopper etc. to be paid saperately).

Providing and fixing PVC Wall panelling branded including all fitting and accessories as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (complete job).

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 Mtrs lead (in cement mortar).

Brick work with F.P.S brick of class designation 75 in foundation & plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Extra for brick work in super structure above plinth level upto floor V-level.

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thin able cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coat on new work.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade (two or more coats) on new steel work.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Sand for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.

Bricks for an average lead of 15 Kms.
