Dismantling for portion of RCC in any description and any position not other wise specified complete all as specified and directed. Note : Before demolition of bdy/parameter wall, Contractor will provide barricading with CGI sheet for security purpose. The rates are deemed to be included in this item.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins arches, pillars etc built in cement mortar and including removal from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of concertina coil of any size any description fixed on posts or angle of any kind all as in fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick on concrete surfaces includng racking out joints, hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Fencing posts or struts (wood, steel RCC) any section, posts embeded in cocrete, brick work, masonry etc, including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil/debries /materials obtained from demolishing to a distance n.exc 50mtr and deposited where directed at a level n.exc. 1.50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel in posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes ,notching for wire flat iron filllets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or rebeting etc, and similar work conforrming to Fe 290 Gde - E 165 complete all as specified.

S&F 900 mm dia concertina coil streches along with three lines for RBT supporting wire to same material as concertina col having standard specifications along the entire length of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surface with WPC including finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M&L for fly ash bricks work old size in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for guniting work to RCC work in coloumn, beam, slab, chajja etc by removing loose concrete. Cover etc. cleaning of surface with wire brush and applying epoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mess fabric or wire not less than 95x95x3mm adhesive, plaster grade for concrete admixture. 1 part of Ordinary Portland cement 53 grade sand and 2 part of course sand with average thickness 40mm applied with the pressure of 2 - 2.5 Kg / Sqm by guniting machine including rendering, 20mm average thick in cement motar 1:4 on fair faces of guniting work including making proper geometrical shape and finishing the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement and necessary scafolding complete all as specified. Note: where reinforcement is required will be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete on vertical surface, over and including 10mm thick rendering cm (1:4) on fair face of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etec, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering . Doors, etc to be prepared for handing or sliding with and including either hooks and hanges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering , running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete FE-290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel , plain black sheet 1.0 mm thick in hearths; covering to door shuthers ; coveirng to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal trough and funnels, etc cut to sizes edges beaded if directed, holes punched ; including round headed screws, clout nails or revets an fixed to wood or sheet members, etc;, with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending , turning up,mited angles, stop ends, outlets, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old Steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint complete all a specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthectic enameled paint.over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded aggregates) as in foundation , footings , Plinth beams etc. all as specified.

M&L for RCC (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded aggregates) as columns, piers , posts etc. all as specified.

M&L for RCC (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded aggregates) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc. all as specified.

M&L for Formwork for rough finished flate concrete to sides of concrete sides and soffits (if any) of plinth beams, footing ; and similar work; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings girders bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangss, etc. also splays between floors and beams , frough finished flate surface

M&L for form work Rough finished, square or rectungular to sides of pillars, columns, posts, piers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality conforming to Fe- 415, Fe 500 or Fe-550 as in steel reinforcement for concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.

Complete all as per Item No 28 here in before but for 5 mm dia and upto 10 mm dia of steel bars as stirrups, spacer, rings etc all as per specified and ditected.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM in 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surface including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

S&F dia of neck 16-20mm, mild steel bolts, purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other , or each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 15cm and n. exc. 22.5cm long incl grouting in concrete.

Dismantling of barbed wire any type complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in any description and any position if any complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 4 core x 10 Sq mm. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & install testing , commissioning of Feeder piller box of size 40 cm X 40 Cm x 30 Cm 415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply floor mounted , factory assembled, outdoor type weather and vermin proof (Protection Class IP-54) made out of 40m x 40mm x 6mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA sheet with front hinged opening, rubber lining, locking arrangement ,powder coated externally and internally after seven tanks treatment and lifting channel, fully compartmentalized design comple Bus Bar chamber comprising 4 Nos aluminium strip bus bars air insulated and PVC sheathed capacity 200 Amps with colour coding complete all as specified and consisting of the following : - (a) Incoming – MCB TPN of capacity 63 Amps -01 No. (b) Outgoing- MCB TPN of capacity 40 Amps – 03 no. (d) Timer switch electronic type -01 No (e) Panel wiring with copper flexible cable PVC Insulated 1100 Volts grade complete cable connections of incoming/outgoing cable, auto/manual function switch, and testing on load after completion of work all as specified. (b) LM-79 report for fixture shall be produced by contractor (c ) CRI of luminire should be more than 80 (d) THD of luminire shall be less than 20 % (e) PF of luminire shall be more than 0.9 (f) system efficacy shall not be less than 90 lumen / watt.

M&L for bracket 2.5 mtr long for steet light fitting made of 40 mm bore light grade GI tube bent to shape required fixed with and including MS flat iron clamp bolts nuts washer duly painting the bracket with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of zink chrome primer complete including fixing in wall and connecting up the ilght fitting etc complete all as specified and directed.

S& F weather proof steet light junction box of size 150 x 150 x 70 mm including MCB SP 6 Amps and connecting terminals 4 way and fixing with steet light poles using necessry ms clamp nuts bolts washers lugs for incoming and out going cables grand for cable etc of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron wire of 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber) shall be of size 300mm x 300mmx 300mm (internal dimensions) using PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate coping shall be of PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.68mm) 8 mesh per linear inch, 80mm thick RCC cover of size 320mm x 320mm, made out with RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with four Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars @80mm centre to centre, both ways and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in Electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including 40mm dia GI medium grade pipe as protection pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade including necessary excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 33.00 here-in-before but using galvanised iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n,exc 1.5m wide and n,exc 1.5m depth for foundation, etc, n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in hard and dense soils complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches 80mm thick before laying the cable and 150mm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay common burnt bricks sub class 'B' brick best quality locally available for LT cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tubing light grade of size 40 mm bore laid in trench/under road/crossing or fixed to wall pole,for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to Steet light pole/wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall & applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L brick work using sub class B old size brick in cm 1:6 straight as curved on plan exceeding 6.00 mt mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) Necessary barricade and fencing will be provided by the contractor on the outer side of the boundary wall at the time of construction work at his own expense. No extra payment shall be made for necessary barricade and fencing by the contractor. (ii) The bidders are also informed that the work is concluded in two different locations and distance of between each locs is 1.2 KM.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 6,00,260.00
