Excavating in trenches no exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for laying for cables etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil including removal of sand, bricks/PCC covers laid for cable proection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion / laying of 50 to 150 mm bore GI/HDPE tubing of any description below/under road surface/floors etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing streta after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of brick, double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe in 6 mtr length conforming to IS 16205 Pt -24 of approved color complete with fittings for cable protection of size 63 mm outer dia and 50 mm inner dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying & testing XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated, bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of of cable 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core, including taking down the unserviceable UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying & testing in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium conductor, bedded unarmoured cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, erecting, commissioning and testing new factory made Bus Bar panel board cubical out door type of size 1.00 Mtr X 0.750mtr X 0.600 mtr for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable chamber and front side shutters with locking arrangement panel base of angle iron 50x50x6 mm upto 60 cm legs & bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm for 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system including TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating 400A, 4Pole The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on F class insulators complete all as specified and directed. Note : Bus bar should be fixed on PCC and its rate included in quoted rate.

M&L for replacement of existing old unsv earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 3.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full lenght of earth plate,40mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30X30cm made of RCC 1:3:6 with suitable handle,angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing of bushes/small plants upto root level around and surroundings areas E/M installations (i.e. Two Pole/ Four structures, outdoor-substation yards & other Misc E/M installations etc.) soft and loose soil including surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and removing debris to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as directed

Trimming up of tree branches upto 3 mtr all around LT overhead lines, removing cut branches from site as directed. Note :- (i) The overhead lines will be kept clear from all trees by trimming of tree branches with 3 mtr all around the line. (ii) Necessary permission will be obtained from department by contractor one day prior to trimming in particular area and shut down of that area will be arranged by department.

M & L for disconnecting of burnt/damaged cables from panels/junction boxes etc , cutting out the burnt out ends , making new end joints by supply and fixing new aluminium lugs/insulation tapes etc and reconnecting using new nuts/bolts/washer etc and restoring three phase and neutral in the junction box for the 10 to 240 sqmm 2/3.5/4 core size of LT underground armoured cables complete all as specified and directed. Note - Earth work required for extending the incoming/outgoing cable in junction box/panel board etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in coping/pedestal of poles/foundation including necessary form work and finishing surfaces fair and even using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prepration of old painted surface of steel tubular poles of 9 mtr long including cross arms , cable protection pipe , bus bar box and painting of complete area with one coat of aluminum paint from 1.5 mtr above ground level to top of pole and a height of 1.5 mtr from the ground level synethetic enamel paint in alternate strips / layer (30 cm wide) with white and blue colour including writing the pole number in white letters on black background and cleaning /cutting the grass/bushes at a radius of 2 mtr surrounding the pole complete all as specified and directed.
