Taking down chowkat or frames not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames exceeding 1.50 Sqm but n.exc 4.00 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description n.exc 1.00 Sqm each and refixing in same opening complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and n.exc 2.00 Sqm each and refixing in same opening complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size quality or description) from wooden or steel frame glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of steel window 1.25mm thick box type (primer coated) ERW hollow P section of size 60mm x 25mm, 1.25 thick sheet single rebated comprises glazed skelton shutter ERW Sec 50mm x 20mm and 1mm thick with one or two openable leaf consisting two Nos sash bar of T-section 20mm x 3mm complete welded to frame with one vertical mullion of ERW box type T-section of size 60mm x 25mm and 1.25mm thick including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 Four Nos for each window including following fitting welded to frame shutter:- (a) Hold fast, 150mm long of 12mm square bar made to shape-04 Nos per window (b) Handles of z section 100mm long (c) Stopper - 01 No per leaf (d) Cleat 55mm long of hollow square 15mm x 20mm x 63mm welded to hinges - 01 No per leaf (e) MS pintal hinges of size 75mm x 75mm x 12mm-02 Nos per leaf (f) Fabrication & fixing arrangement as per drg No CEJZ/TD-7/07 sheet 1/3 to 3/3. Note:- Glass and painting shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Wire mesh and painting shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item etc; complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube and edges will be painted to match with printed sheets, suppyling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC sheet ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; & 5mm thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading use inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (90 degree)used. Panelling of wood grain printed PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.
