Construction of 125mm dia machine Drilled bore well along with Electro Mechnical

Drilling of 125mm dia Machine Drilled Bore well by way of:- Drilling/Boring of 125 mm diameter tube well by air rotary drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125mm diameter in suitably drilled bore hole as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-I & II) with up to date amendments. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachments and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones. The job includes the cost of shifting of drilling machine, loading, unloading of accessories, tools, bits, casing shoe, consumables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled labours and other unforeseen items. Development of tube well with backwash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the directions of site engineer.

Supply, Providing, Fitting, assembling in vertical position in above drilled bore of Mild Steel plain and beveled ended 125mm dia. (Class B) as per IS 4270 Casing pipes and subsequent lowering of casing assembly and its welding after every 10 feet, up to the drilled/desired depth. The whole casing pipe is inclusive of slotted pipe/ flushed, which is to be used as per the site requirement and as directed by site engineer. The pipe shall be lowered up to the desired level BGL. The average length of each pipe shall not exceed 3.00 Mts. The welding electrodes used for welding the pipe shall confirm to relevant IS codes. The specifications of the tube well shall be as per IS 2800 part I & II.

Providing and laying of cement block of size 4’×4’ and 1 feet deep in a mix of 1:3:6 to adequate the strength to act as sanitary block for the well. The block comprises mud mat of 4 inch height and then laying of 8 inch cement concrete. and Providing and Laying of cement plaster in 1:4 mix to the above block to give aesthetically good appearance. Cost on account of stuttering, strutting, centring, curing etc. is included in the scope of work.

Part “B” Electro Mechanical works: Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of single Phase submersible pumping unit and allied works of following specifications: Pump: Dia. of Well Casing = 125mm Discharge of the Pump = 3–4 Cubic meter per hour Dynamic Head Range = 60–80 Meter Speed = 2850 RPM Mat. of the impeller = Cast steel Efficiency = Not less than 45% Shaft Material = Stainless Steel Fluid to be handled = Clear water Make = KSB/HM/Kirlosker Motor: Rating = corresponding to above mentioned head and Discharge. Frequency = 50Hz Working Voltage = 220 Volts – 15% +6% Efficiency = Not less than 45% The job also includes: 1. Fabrication, providing & fitting of suitable dia. GI nipple cum reducer as per outlet of above submersible pump duly threaded up to suitable length and other end for membering with column pipe as per site requirement. 2. fab. of mild steel crate belt around the pump motor including all allied works at site. 3. Providing & fitting of 40mm dia long elbow duly threaded at top of well casing.

Fabrication, Providing and fitting of 40mm split type MS Clamps 6mm Thick, I feet long and 2.5 inch wide for lowering and holding of pumping unit fitted. The job includes the cost of required size of nuts and bolts.

Fabrication, providing & fitting of 40 mm Dia. Medium Class socketed GI column pipe pieces. The job includes the cost of cutting/threading of each column on both sides. Each length of column pipe is to be of 3 Meter long included is cost on account of providing, fitting of desired size heavy duty GI socket to each joint after 10 feet length up to ground level. Providing & fitting of 125 mm dia. Well cap CI/MS. The job includes flushing of 40 mm dia. Hole in the center of cap for column pipe.

Design, manufacturing, providing, erection, testing and commissioning of 1 MT capacity overhead gantry systems made out of diff. steel structures viz. MS Plates, MS pipes, beams by various operations viz. cutting, welding and buffing etc. a) Vertical posts. Horizontal member ISMB 150 b) Top and bottom surface plates. c) Providing and fitting of canopy over the above fabricated gantry and providing and fixing of CGI high rib colour coated sheets 26 SW. d)Providing and fitting of angle iron pieces for fabrication of ladder on one of the two vertical posts. e)Providing and finishing by buffing ,two primary coats of red oxide fallowed by two coats enamel steel painting of whole gantry with approved shade.

Providing and fitting of 3-Core flat 4 mm Square submersible copper cable for connecting Submersible Pumping Unit with starter and as service line if required. Design, Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated Advanced sub control panel suitable for operating 3 HP single phase submersible pumping unit with voltage range 150-240 Volts having run capacitor 100 MFD and Start Capacitor 150/200 MFD with over load relay 12-22 A fitted with contractor 25 A, Miniature circuit Breaker B32, protection devices, indicating lamps, push buttons for ON & OFF, Dual metering module 50 HZ AC power supply including necessary interconnections etc. as required Including necessary interconnections, Thimbles etc. as required and is fitted on the panel with nut bolts.

Design, Supply, installation and Testing of 07 KVA Single phase voltage stabilizer with fallowing salient feature : Range........ (90 v--240 v ) copper wound with adequate insulation , core should be of cold rolled high silicon steel laminations held together by steel clamps, its material should have minimum core losses but maximum strength, hysteresis losses be minimum and temperature not to exceed 70 degree centigrade, Regulator to be of Bakelite sheet with copper contacts with 5 boosting steps capable to with stand double the rated current for a considerable period of time, the container be of M S sheet strong enough to hold the entire weight and shall accommodate complete core, windings ,regulator and T-oil which shall be filled up to required level, 04 no Of brass poles be fitted at the top for input, output. The top of the tank shall have a display panel fitted with voltmeters 0-300v -- 02 no for input & output, steel wheels be fitted to the bottom for easy positioning on floor. The job includes testing of unit on full load at the discretion of site in charge.

Fabrication, Providing and Fitting of 4'x3' MS frame out of ISA filled with teak wood panel board with providing and fitting of indicators, voltmeters and also provision for fixing of starter and MCCB with allied accessories including back and foot legs to be grouted and welded at site as per requirement.

Providing, installation, fitting & testing of 02 pole, Rated current 16 Amps, 220 Volts on load Molded case circuit breaker having copper contact lugs enclosure duly powder painted for longer life with termination suitable for cables. The switch should be able to withstand an overloading current up to 2 times over a certain period of time gap, including providing of terminals to the cable and testing on full load. Gl medium class pipes up to sump as per requirement including trench excavation work and back filling.The job includes the cost on account of providing and fitting of GI elbows, unions, sockets, Tee, Nipple if required for laying and fitting of pipe including cutting and threading of pipes as per site requirement.
