Should have executed supply of Food and Vegetable items (Perishable and Non Perishable) with a Average Annual work value not less than 70 % of the bid amount as a single or Multiple order to any of the State / Central Government Departments / organisation in India, during preceding three financial years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24.The Bidder shall have work order and supplied 80% Vegetable items (Perishable items) and 80 % Food items (Non Perishable items) exclusively mentioned in SECTION IV.
The tenderer should have supplied vegetable and food items to any of State / Central Government Department / Organisations in India at least 80% of the requirement of the quantity mentioned in the Tender Document in any one of the last 3 financial years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24.
A Company, Firm, Individual Proprietorship, Non-governmental organization registered under law, Co-operative Societies registered under Societies act with an experience of more than 5 years in Bulk Supply of Food and Vegetable Items (Perishable or Non-Perishable food items) to any of the State or Central Government Department or organisation are eligible to participate.
Towards financial capability, the bidder should have Average Annual turnover equal to the value of the bid amount during preceding 3 financial years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24.
Shall have Liquid assets consisting of Cash in Hand plus cash at bank plus term deposits / liquid funds with bank plus availability of fund based credit facility in any nationalized or scheduled commercial bank issued between the date of publishing of tender and last date of submission of tender shall not less than 40% of the amount put to tender.
The bidder should have valid and related FSSAI certificate.
The bidder should have a License Certificate (Form-C)
Local Presence: In order to ensure supplies across the District, as on the last day of bid submission the bidder should have local supply centre / warehouse within the district for which they are submitting the tender.
Submission of Samples and Test Reports as per Section IV - Appendix II of the Bid Document.
The bidder / Original Manufacturer should not have been debarred / blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central and State Govt. Undertakings / enterprises / Organizations and by any other Quasi Government bodies / Organizations, World Bank / Govt E-marketing portal or any major Enterprise / Organization in India for non-satisfactory performance, corrupt and Fraudulent or any other unethical business practices, not meeting critical conditions / security clearance etc during the past.
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) proof of EMD payment
Consortiums are not allowed to participate in the Tender as per RFP.
Attestation certificate obtained from Legal Metrology Department.
Charter certificate obtained from APMC.
