Gas Charging Presssure testing for leakage flushing vaccummising the system, gas charging with R-22/R-32/410a servicing the unit testing for satisfactory performance, replacement of necessary spare parts i/c re installation of the unit etc as required for AC.

Replacement of compressor Replacement of defective compressor unit with new one suitable for following capacity room AC i/c pressure testing for leakage, flushing vaccumising the system gas charging with R-22/R-32/410a servicing the unit, painting and testing for satisfactory performance , replacement of necessary spare parts i/c reinstallation of the unit duly tested etc as required.

Replacement of condensor coil Replacement of damaged condensor coil with new copper condensor coil suitable for following capacity split type AC i/c dismantling the damaged coil, fixing the new one, gas charging, re-installation and plating patch repair work if any, testing and commissioning the unit etc as required.

Re-installation of Split Type AC Re-installation, testing and commissioning of following capacity split type Air Conditioner suitable for wall mounting/floor mounting / floor standing complete i/c cutting/ drilling holes on the wall for passing gas pipes , fixing PVC pipe on the wall through the holes and cementing, painting to give an even look and smooth finish, wrapping PVC non adhesive tape over insulation of gas pipe etc including gas charging as required and as per the direction of E-in-C.

Providing and fixing of refrigerant copper pipes of following sizes (Suction & delivery) of split type AC i/c providing electrical cables, insulation, extra gas charging, drain pipe and covering with PVC non adhessive tape over the insulation of refrigerant pipes to give smooth finish and as per the direction of E-in-C

a) Refrigerant pipes of Sizes 3/4" & 1/2"

b) Refrigerant pipes of Sizes 5/8" & 3/8"

Supplying of Un-skilled Daily Rated Labourers for assisting A.C Mechanic and stand by duty on as and when required basis.

Supply of spares Supplying of following Air Conditioner Spares and accessories for maintenance work on as and when required basis.

a) Indoor unit PC Board suitable for HITACHI 02 Ton inverter Air conditioner, Model: - RMB524HBEAG or its equivalent.

b) Outdoor unit PC Board suitable for HITACHI 02 Ton inverter Air conditioner, Model: - RMB524HBEAG or its equivalent.

c) 4KVA Voltage Stabilizer .Make V Guard Model VND 400V or its equivalent.

d) 5KVA Voltage Stabilizer .Make V Guard Model VND 500 or its equivalent.
