M&L RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded aggregate in walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides & soffits of foundation & plinth beams; and similar work; verticle or to batter fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets & staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 900mm dia concertina coil extended length upto 12 meter, reinforced punched (chrome rajor or blade wire) with barbed top of 0.50mm thick galvanised steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.50mm of high tensile steel wire complete all as per manufacturer instructions including galvanised MS staples/clips for tying at crossing and removing old coil, any size as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line of wire shall be measured for the pupose of payment.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled & countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors,balusters,nosing to steps including embeding in concrete & screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide/ zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & even (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on new wall surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm bore of HDPE pipes of presure rating 6Kg/cm2 fixed/casted in RCC wall of varying length not exc 250 mm complete for weep holes all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls fixed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforced) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling Galvanised Concertina Coil,any dia and at any position complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/rocks/concrete debris within a distance beyond 5 km upto total distance of 15 km and depositing at Govt designated dumping yard complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering and deposited in MES store yard of GE (P) AF Gurgaon complete all as specified and directed.
