Sch 'A' Part-I

Almirah Large Steel. (Drawing No.FD-351 and FD-1031) (a) Removal of dent and bends etc all over the Almirah large steel including shelves manually/mechanically including preparation of old decorated surfaces for painting all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Provision of Gas Welding in repairs to strengthen including repair/replacement of weak and damaged portion of Almirah steel large where required made to shape and size as specified in drawing and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Replacement of existing broken pair of foot rests of Almirah large steel with new one made out of PBI sheet 1.25mm thick, made to shape & size for each almirah as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Proper fitting of existing shelves of Almirah large steel with new MS nuts, clips/rivets etc of standard size for each alimirah, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) Replacement of existing unserviceable shelves of Almirah large steel made out of PBI Sheets one mm thick made to shape and size as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(f) Making good the hinges by welding/screwing/replacing the broken screws inside the door shutters hinges and adjusting the same as required and making smooth functioning of shutter for each Almirah large steel all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(g) Taking out old unserviceable existing lock from Almirah large steel and providing new MS locks having 6 brass levers with two keys of best quality as approved by GE for each almirah. Make : Harrsion/Link locks/Godrej .

(h) Replacement of existing old unserviceable/broken handles with new MS CP handle of superior quality with nuts and washer to each Almirah large steel all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(j) Taking out existing old unserviceable/broken locking device with cover for each Almirah large steel, made to shape and size as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Almirah Medium Steel. (Drawing No.FD-350 and FD-1032) (a) Description all as per Item at Ser No 1.01 (a) here-in-before but for Almirah medium steel.

(Drawing as applicable) (a) Provn of gas welding to broken joints/parts (upto 5-8 joints) of frame of Table dining ORs including repair/replacement of weak/damaged portions (upto 2 feet to 4 feet long) where required made to shape and size all as per drg including its smoothening and preparation of old decorated surface of complete frame by filling up putty etc for its painting and providing two coats of synthetic enamelled black/OG paint with sprayer as required to complete frame of each Table dining ORs all as directed.

(a) Removing of old paint by paint remover/scrapper/blow lamp etc including cleaning dirt & rust and preparation of old decorated surface by filling up putty etc where required and its smoothening for painting to Almirah large steel and applying two coats of synthetic enammelled OG paint over a coat of primer by using spray machine both internally and externally complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Almirah Medium steel (Drg No FD-350 and FD-1032). Description all as per item 4 (a) above but for Almirah Medium steel.

Charpoy IP Hard Top of plywood FD/MAP/E6/08). Removing of old paint by paint remover/scrapper/blow lamp etc including cleaning dirt & rust and preparation of old decorated surface by filling up putty etc where required and its smoothening for painting to charpoy IP MAP and applying two coats of synthetic enammelled black paint over a coat of primer by using spray machine both internally and externally complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Teapoy Verandah (Drg as applicable). Replacement of existing unserviceable top of Teapoy verandah with new top made out of 18/19mm thick both side prelaminated particle board with edging 4mm thick of teak wood beading all round the top and including replacement of broken support of flat iron strips with new strips made ot of flat iron of size 25x3mm of required length and removing of old paint by paint remover/scrapper/blow lamp etc including cleaning dirt & rust and preparation of old decorated surface by filling up putty etc where required and its smoothening for painting and applying two coats of syntetic enamelled white paint over a coat of primer by using spray machine and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair verandah (Drg No FD-256). (a) Provn of Gas welding to the broken joints/parts upto 4-6 joints including provision of MS conduit pipe 19mm dia (upto the length of approx 2 feet long) where required to complete the parts of frame of chair verandah including its smoothening for repainting/recanning all as per drg and as directed.

(b) Recanning of chair verandah with new cane plastic 4mm wide half round type having high density of Make: Shah/Premier (as approved by GE) after removal of existing old unserviceable cane plastic and including provision of one coat of synthetic enamel white paint to the existing frame of each chair verandah, recanning to be done closely all as per the pattern shown on drawing and providing PVC hard rubber shoes of required size to each leg of chair verandah and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Recanning of all type of wooden chairs such as chair dining, chair writing , chair easy (Drawing as applicable) etc with new plastic cane half round type 2mm to 2.5mm wide having high density of Make : Shah/Premier as approved by GE after removal of existing old unserviceable cane plastic, recanning to be done in Godrej pattern after removal of existing old unserviceable cane plastic and border of chair shall be of 3mm wide cane plastic (as approved), rest all as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair Dining JCO/OR Drawing No FD/MAP-II/05). Replacement of old unserviceable PVC seat 4mm thick from chair dining JCO/OR and supply & Fixing of new PVC seat of 4mm thick with holes & screwed with frame any 4x10mm thick ribs moulded along with seat in single piece, all as directed.

Sofa set to sit 4 person. (Drawing No FD-281,1113). Replacement of old unserviceable seat & back to sofa set to sit 4 persons (Four small pieces of single seat) with new seat made of new foam cushion of sizes 21"x22"x100mm/530mmx560mmx100mm thick, 32 density, of Make : Sleepwell/Kurlon/Coir foam/Coolfoam/Godrej as approved by the GE duly covered with tapestry/velvet cloth of best quality of costing not less than Rs. 400/- per mtr of any colour as approved by the GE, rest all as per drawing and as directed.

Table office clerk steel. (Drawing No.FD-1004) (a) Description all as per Item at Ser No 3(a) above but for Table office clerk steel and providing spray painting with OG paint with sprayer to complete table including both inner and outer side of cup board of table.

(b) Replacement of existing old unserviceable broken base of cup board of Table office clerk steel with PBI sheet of 1.00 mm thick, made to shape and size all as specified in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Description all as per Item at Ser No 1.07(g) here-in-before but for Table office clerk steel.

(d) Taking out existing old broken/unserviceable table top and supply and fixing with new table top of Table office clerk steel made of 18/19mm thick both side prelaminated particle board (conforming to IS specifications) exterior grade (teak shade in upper side and white shade in lower side) including 4 mm thick teak wood beading all round the top duly polished with French polish and providing PVC hard rubber shoes of required size to each legs of table complete, all made to shape and size all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Table dining ORs. (Drawing as applicable) Taking out existing old broken/unserviceable table top and supply and fixing new table top to Table dining ORs, made of 18/19 mm thick block board interior grade duly covered with 0.80 mm thick aluminium sheet and fixed all as per drawing including providing hard rubber/PVC shoes of required size to each leg of table all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair Verandah MAP (Drawing No.FD/MAP-II/06). (a) Removing of old paint by paint remover/scrapper/blow lamp etc including cleaning dirt & rust and preparation of old decorated surface by filling up putty etc where required and its smoothening for painting to Chair Verandah MAP and applying two coats of synthetic enameled white paint over a coat of primer by using spray machine both internally and externally complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Replacement of old existing unserviceable PVC seat of chair verandah MAP supply and fixing new PVC seat as per drg and rest all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Replacement of old existing unserviceable PVC back of chair verandah MAP supploy and fixing new PVC back as per drg and rest all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sofa Set to sit 5 Persons. (Drawing No.FD-281, 1113) Replacement of old unserviceable Seat & Back of Sofa set to sit 5 persons (in three pieces) with new seat made of new foam cushion of sizes 21" x 22" x 100mm/530mm x 560mm x 100mm thick, 32 density, of make : Sleepwell/Kurlon/Coir foam/ Coolfoam/Godrej as approved by the GE duly covered with tapestry/velvet cloth of best quality of costing not less than Rs 400/-per mtr of any colour as approved by the GE, rest all as per drawing and as directed.

Sofa Set to sit 5 Persons/4 persons (Drawing No.FD-281, 1113) Removing old broken parts without damaging adjacent parts of Sofa Set to sit 5 Persons /4 persons and supply and fixing following new parts of first class teak wood all as specified and shown on respective drawings :

(a) Removing the broken end long rail of charpoy from the frame, cutting the broken end, rethreading up to the required length and fitted/assembled to the frame all as per drawing and as directed.

(b) Taking out old broken and long rail from the three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new long rail of GI charpoy, 32mm bore medium grade ISI marked duly threaded both ends to the required size and fitted to the frame of charpoys complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

(c ) All as per the description of Serial item No. 21.02(b) here-in-before but short rail.

(d) Taking out old, broken end leg from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new leg of GI pipe, made up of short rail retrieved vide serial item no. 21.02 and 21.03 here-in-before, duly threaded one end upto the required size and fitted to the frame complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(e) Taking out old, unserviceable/ broken three way elbow from GI pipe charpoy by unscrewing and replacing with new three way elbow GI 32mm bore, ISI marked (as approved by GE) and fitted to charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed.

(f) Description all as per Serial item no. 21.05 (e) above what GI check nut 32mm bore.

Table writing (Drawing No.FD-275) Taking out existing old broken/unserviceable top from Table writing and supply and fixing with new table top of 18/19mm thick both side prelaminated particle board ISI marked, exterior grade teak shade & providing 4mm thick teak wood beading/edging all round the top made to shape and size all as per drawing including polishing with French polish to the top of beading all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Table Bed side MAP, FD/MAP/01. Repair to table bed side MAP including repair/replacement of magnetic catcher, Telescopic channel, hinges, handle, and required requisite spare parts to make the table beside MAP serviceable all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair Tubular (CB) steel with and without arms (Drawing number. FD-75). (a) Gas welding to broken parts of chair tubular (CB) with arms upto 4 to 6 joints and supply and fixing of two supports of iron strips made out of flat iron of size 20 x 3 mm at the bottom of seat of each frame of required length equal to the frame length and smoothening for painting all as per drawing and as directed.

(b) Description all as per the description of serial item No.36(a) here-in-before but chair tubular CB steel without arms.

(a) Replacement of old broken unserviceable seat with new seat of chair tubular steel with Arms, made of 1st class hard wood (sheesham) duly painted in black synthetic enamel paint and canned with 2mm to 3.5mm wide cane plastic in Godrej pattern and fixed in chair with full threaded metalic machine screws with nuts and washer of size 75mm long all as per drg and as directed after removal/taking out existing old broken/unserviceable seat from the chair including providing one coat of synthetic enamelded OG paint on complete steel frame of each chair, rest all as per drawing. FD-75(M)

(i) All as per the description of serial item 37(a) above but seat of chair tubular steel without arms.

(ii) All as per description 37 (a) above but back of chair tubular steel with arms.

Chair writing cushioned (Drawing number.FD-1107). Removing of unserviceable cushion to seat and back rest made of 50/30mm thick rubberised foam of 32 density, letherite cloth, hessain newar and cotton cloth lining etc and providing/fixing new cushion to seat and back rest made of 50/30mm thick rubberised foam of 32 density, letherite cloth, hessain newar and cotton cloth lining etc as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair Dining Cushioned Replacement of old unserviceable seat of chair dining cushioned made of new foam cushion of required size. Seat shall be 75mm thick foam covered with leatherite foam 32 density, of Make : Sleepwell/Kurlon/Coir foam/Coolfoam/Godrej as approved by the GE rest all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable components from the chair dining cushioned and supply and fixing new components of of first class teak wood duly finished and french polished, sizes as per drg and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

(iii) Supply and fixing Side Rail

(iv) Supply and fixing Front Leg

(v) Supply and fixing Back rest

(Conversion of Existing GI Pipe Charpoy with Nylon Newar to GI Pipe Charpoy with Plywood Top) Fixing 02 Numbers flat iron of size 50 x 6mm on the frame of GI Pipe charpoy in equal distance from short rail @ 02 each. Fixing plywood commercial 12 mm thick on the frame after drilling 14 holes (03 each on long rails, 02 each on short rails and 02 each on flat iron frame) with appropriate size headless bolts and nuts. Frame of Charpoy GI Pipe and plywood to be furnished so that the projection is eliminated completely. Rest all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Charpoy GI Pipe (Drawing No.FD-220) (a) Removing the broken end long rail of Charpoy from the frame, cutting the broken end, rethreading up to the requied length and fitted/assembled to the frame all as per drg and as directed.

(b) Taking out old, broken end long rail from the three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new long rail of GI pipe, 32 mm bore medium grade ISI marked duly threaded both ends to the required size and fitted to the frame of charpoys complete all as specified, shown on drg and as directed.

( c) All as per the description of Serial item No.41.02(b) here-in-before but short rail.

(d) Taking out old, broken end short rail from the three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new short rail of GI pipe, made up of long rail retrieved vide serial item No.44.02(b) here-in-before, duly threaded both ends up to the required size/length and fitted to the GI frame charpoy complete all as specified as shown on drg and as directed.

(e) Taking out old, broken end leg from the three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new leg of GI pipe, made up of short rail retrieved vide serial item No.41.02(b) 41.03 (c) and 41.04 (d) here-in-before, duly threaded one end up to the required size and fitted to the frame complete all as shown on drg and as directed.

(f) Taking out old, unserviceable/broken three way elbow from GI Pipe charpoy by unscrewing and replacing with new three way elbow GI 32mm bore, ISI marked (as approved by GE) and fitted to the charpoy GI Pipe complete all as specified & shown on drg and as directed.

Discription all as per Srl item No.41.06 (f) above but GI check nut 32 mm bore.

Removing of old paint by paint remover/scrapper/blow lamp etc including cleaning dirt & rust and preparation of old decorated surface by filling up putty etc where required and its smoothening for painting to the following steel furniture items and applying two coats of synthetic enammelled OG paint over a coat of primer by using spray machine both internally and externally complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
