M & L for 15 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM laid in two layer, each layer consisting of 7.5cm thickness with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified (lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surface of unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface all as spd.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) stone chippings mixed with 5.5% of binder contents paving bitumen (VG-30) viscosity grade by weight of total mixed in hot mix plant, transported to site on tippers and laid with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) stone chippings mixed with 5.5% of binder contents paving bitumen (VG-30) viscosity grade by weight of total mixed in hot mix plant, transported to site on tippers and laid with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the existing black top surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose, dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) (VG-10) viscosity grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bitumenous macadam mixed with paving bitumen binder VG-30 Viscosity grade ( considering binder content @4% by wt of total mix) any penetration laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness n. exc 75 mm) with 8 to 10 tone power roller complete all as specified and directed)

M&L for cleaning the road surface from dirt, oil/grease spots and foreign material etc and applying 2.0 mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of white/yellow colour using Hot Themoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profiles shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator complete all as specified and directed make of paint STP or Equvaliant as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as sspecified and directed.
