REPAIR AND MAINT OF SUMMER COOLING APPLIANCES DEEP REFRIGERATOR, REFRIGERATOR, DESERT COOLER, AT AF STN TUGHLAKABAD UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

M&L for Servicing of split type AC of capacity upto 2.0 TR of any make by washing the outdoor unit, condenser coil with soap water jet followed by clean water jet and indoor unit with the help of Service Cover Bag with Drain Outlet Ac Service Wash Bag Cover Jacket, wipe and clean the unit with dry cloth complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. (a) Cost of hiring T&P i.e. blower, pressure pump, bucket, hose pipe, cloth. Dismantling /taking down and re-installation of unit on wall if not possible on existing fitting, transport deemed to be included in above rate. (b) Servicing will be done without damaging electric connection/AC parts and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of window type AC of cap 1.5 /2.0 TR of any make, taking out the AC from outer cover and washing the unit with soap solution jet followed by clean water jet, drying wiping complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Cost of hiring T&P i.e. blower, pressure pump, bucket, hose pipe, cloth. Dismantling /taking down and re-installation of unit on wall, transport deemed to be included in above rate. (b) Servicing will be done without damaging electric connection/AC parts and testing, commissioning complete.

Supply & fixing in replacement of insulated foam over the supply tubes upto the condensing outdoor unit neatly tying the felt ends with PVC insulating tape complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In -Charge.Note -if gas leakage occur during fixing of insulated foam ,then gas filling will be done free of cost by contractor .

M&L for checking leakages with creating vacuum with dry nitrogen gas for split type/Window air conditioner of 1.5 Ton to 2.0 Ton capacity, including filling suitable refrigerant to desire level to obtain adequate cooling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and transporting split type AC complete with indoor/ outdoor unit with copper piping etc of capacity 1.5/2 TR from MES store/other installed location transporting to the required location within AF station and installing the unit at site including inter connecting pipes, insulation etc checking for leakage, vacuolisation, testing and commissioning and toping up suitable refrigerant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB protected modular socket with Modular MCB 16 Amps built in MCB+ 16 Amps Top + Socket 16 Amps with concealed metal sheet steel enclosure with inner and outer modular cover for mounting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of chromium plated push/lifting cock 15 mm dia heavy duty for water coolers up to the capacity of 150 liters complete all as specified and directed.
