REPAIR REPLACEMENT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE AND REPAIR TO DRAIN, PATH, HARD STANDING, MANHOLE/ DRAIN COVERS, RCC JALLIES IN KABUL LINE (OFFRS), CAPT ANUJ NAYYAR ROAD, KARAM VIHAR, SUMRAN LINE, NEW MORE LINE, DID LINE AND MESSES (ENGR, 1/5 GR, DELH

M&L Mechanically Operated truck mounted desludger with 10000 Ltrs capacity tanker having water fitted high pressure jet machine for cleaning and 10000 Ltrs capacity truck mounted with sucker machine for desludging of sewage line, soak wells , septic tank etc shall be used by the contractor as per scheduled programme in writing and completion og each job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge as instructed. Note- Per day means 8 working hours in a day excluding stand by period due to any sort of reason 2) In case contractor fails to deploy the machine as per schedule programme a damage of Rs 2500 per day shall be deducted from his payment

Cleaning of sewage system including WCs, WHB, bottle traps, nahani and floor traps, soil/waste/rain/drain pipe running on external walls/concealed type of building including junctions, manholes of any description and sewage lines of all sizes upto the final drop out let into septic tank/soak well of central sewage/drain wihtout distrubing its running/flowing and removing all type of blockages in any situation by mechanical means, and disposing waste materials out side defence land strictly as per Hon'ble Supreme Court directions, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: a) The above task shall be caried out by deploying a team, comprising 06 safaiwalas and 01 pipe fitter, for Md accn and all type of accn in KABUL LINE (JCOS/OR, OFFRS ACCN & FAFA, OTM ACCN), b) Where there is requirement of work involving scaffoldings and jhula, Contractor shall deploy the additional skilled team of workers expert in working on jhullas in high rise bldgs. c) If contractor fails to attend/clean a given complaint (received on any working days till 6 PM) on the same day, is liable to be charged Rs 500/- per day per complaint. Recovery for same will be deducted from his payment. d) One mechanical pump diesel/petrol for dewatering sludge water, safety belt, ladder, gloves gasmask, bucket to remove sludge, mechnical device required to reach work at difficult locations upto 8 stories shall be made available all time at site.

Demolition and breaking up old unserviceable salt glazed stone ware pipe 150mm bore at any depth set in cement morter incl PCC bed complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 3.00 above but 200mm dia.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) bedding for sewage lines of 150mm bore incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per sl item No 5.00 above but for bed of sewage line of 200mm bore.

Supply and fixed class SN-8, dia of pipe 150mm & thickness of pipe as specified in IS 16098 (Part-2):2013, clause 6.3.1 table no 5 structured wall polythelene piping system (pipe with online/offline coupler and elastomeric sealing ring) with non smooth external anular corrugated and smooth internal surface (double wall) for non pressure underground sewerage & drainage application polythylene piping fitted with help of coupler attached with one end of pipes, sliding over the elastomeric sealing rubber ring placed on the specified valley of the corrugation at the spigot end, lowering the same into the trench, laying at prescribed gradient, depth and alignment, testing the water tightness of the joint, ensuring the continuity tests of the specified pipe segments etc including all necessary fittings (cost of fittings, rubber rings, gaskets etc includded) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Description all as per item No 7.00 above but 200 mm dia

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc shaft, cesspits, manholes sewage line etc not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.
