Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying only old PCC cable cover in Trenches for Under Ground cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement for GI protection pipe light grade for cable protection incl all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole all as specified for 80mm dia

S&F in replacement lightining surge arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings such as bolts, nuts, washers etc having transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp all as specified and directed. Make : Elpro, Alstom, Oblum, Rastriya, Atlas, Pactil

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable MS cross arms bracings and supports,clamps nut bolts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel cross arms,bracing,supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts,bolts washers,welding,bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape/size as directed including painting with two coats of approved colour over a coat red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling and taking down including disconnecting unserviceable aluminium conductor steel reinforced from the pole/cross arm of any size dia type complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, stringing and fixing on existing poles, ACSR conductor of any type/ size including fixing to insulators with binding wire complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge Make: Allind, ICC, Bharat Conductor,VK conductors,NICCO.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for fdn of poles, stay etc.complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded for padestal coping incl necessary formwork finished fair using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and install in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55 (11 mtr long) complete with CI base plate and finial taper plug,bolts, nuts and screws as specified all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation and earth work only will be measured separetely all other accessories and work deemed to be included in quotyed rates.

M/L for anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross-section of the pole including taking out old unsv rusted out anti climbing devices..

Supply and fixing of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter,figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour & fixed with MS clamps, bolts, nuts and of size 25 x 20cm for HT 11KV including taking out old unsv rusted out danger plates.

Material and labour for Earthing in repairs with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of 32x6mm alongwith protection pipe by means of nuts,bolts, checking nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I connected to earthing test point including excavation/earth work in any type of strata, watering pipe with funnel, PCC chamber with PCC cover slab with GI protection pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode (600 x 600 x 3.15 ) mm thick buried direct in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to copper strip 20 X 3 mm as earthing lead means of nuts, bolts and washers made of GI and 40mm dia GI " light Grade" for protection of earth lead and connecvted to control board or main switch or as directed by Engr-n-Chrage including earthing pit in PCC(1:3:6) Type C-1 precast cover, RCC cover of size 300x300x100mm with one hangle made out of 8mm dia round bar of 20mm dia, 40 mm GI pipe light grade of watering funnel, wiremesh and provided charcoal/coke of alternative layer of 15mm including necessary excavation (loose / soft /hard rock and earth work as the case may be ) earth work chamber cover, wire mesh, funnel , test point, GI protection pipes necessary salt and charcoal etc shown in electrical plate no. 3 including testing on completion complete all as specifed and directed. NOTE: - The earth pit shall be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including primer. Pit number to be marked on GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per color code followed in AF ststion. The contractor shll quote the rate inclusive of above mentioned requirements. Nothing extra shall be provided.

Supply & Fix GI strip 32x6 mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed on poles / walls laid intrenches incl fixing arrngement all as shown & directed.

Dismantling & taking out the old HT conductor joints from HT poles /sub stations.

M&L for hydraullic compression type wedge joints for ACSR Mink / Ferrait conductor with aluminium connectors , lugs, Aluminium barrel type lugs SS nut bolts all as shown & directed Note :- (a) The Supply only of SS nut bolts and S& F of conductor will be measured & paid seperately. (b). The tools & plants required for carrying out the job deemed to be included in the job. (c). The Contractor is advised to visit the site before quoting.

M&L for Repairs to drop out fuse unit complete of upto 400 Amps, 11 KV capacity including replacement of worn out nut bolts,washers,of suitable size /unserviceabele spares and jumper connections for smooth functioning of the devices all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Minor spares / consumeable items deemed to be included in the quoated rates (ii) Unserviceable spares such as fix top / lower contact, insulators replaced will be measured and paid seprately as"Supply only"

Exceeding 0.75 mtr length but not exceeding 1.5 mtr length.

Exceeding 1.5 mtr length but not exceeding 2.5 mtr length.

GI pipe,light grade,20 mm dia made to shape for gang operating from ground.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement of 11KV outdoor type porcelain based gang operated air brake switch triple pole,suitable for verticle mounting complete with explusion fuses,GI operating rod of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in both OFF and ON positions, for current rating upto 200 Amps, each pole consist of galvanised steel base HT insulators as per BSS / ISS non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to brake magenetizing current of the transformers. All ferrous parts hot dipped galvanised and non ferrous parts heavelly tinned to withstand weather.

All as per item No. 35 but of current rating 400 Amps

S&F in replacement porcelain based dropout fuse unit complete set suitable and including for 11 KV, HT outdoor and dropout type of capacity 200 Amps including jumper connections with copper flexible designed jumper and testing and commissioning all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge .

All as per item No. 37 but of current rating 400 Amps

S&F in replacement Pin type insulator of 11 KV including necessary hardware.

S&F in replacement disc type insulator,ball and socket type, 2 in series for 11 KV including necessary hardware complete all as specified.

Taking out / down faulty unserviceable11KV, HT UG cable in existing trenches/duct/on HT poles of nominal cross sectional area from 50 to 185 Sqm, 3 core including disconnecting, PCC covers, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, including segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable cover, GI Pipes etc. and tracing the location of fault and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed NOTE : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items (ii) Serviceable cable covers will be kept aside for re-use (iii) Serviceable GI pipe will also be kept aside for re-use

M&L for painting with two coat of aluminum painting ove and including one coat of primer one under coat to HT steel tubular poles of following heights and including all cross arms channels clamps etc complete including preparation of old painted surfaces and numbering of poles with black japan paint complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing materils and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm

All as per item No 43 above but 3 core 50 to 95 sq mm

M&L for fault finding of UG HT cable by portable HT/LT fault detector (11 /1.1 KV line) and showing the fault/short circuit distance from either end without excavating UG cable or removing cable from ground, not exeeding testing 2.5 KM running cable , complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The fault of HT/LT cable detected should be precise & Pin-Point location within 10 foot periphery. (ii) The contractor shall deploy necessary manpower & T&P such as fault loctor & JCB Machine. (iii) Penalty of Rs 1000 Per day shall be recovered for non tracing of fault after 24 hours of reciept of complain.

M&L for PCC cable route indicator of total height 750 mm duly written "HT CABLE" to be fixed with PCC with 150 mm depth in ground including taking out old u/s indicator , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge. Note: Cost of PCC for fixing of route indicator to be catered in this item rate

M&L construction in repairs PCC platform of size 2000 x 2000 x 1500 mm height above ground level and 600 mm below GL for mounting transformer in accordance with the following brief specifications complete all as specified and directed.:- (i) Excavation & earthwork : In any type of soil (soft/loose/hard/ dense). Surplus earth be disposed off to a distance not exceeding 50 metres. (ii) PCC in 1 :4 : 8 type (iii) Brick work in Sub-class brick in 1: 6 CM. (iv) Rendering on brick wall (v) Forming Embakment Inc raising earth (vi) Earth Filling under floor : With approved soil (soft/loose/hard/ dense) as specified. (vii) 100 mm thick hardcore broken stones (viii) 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) (ix) 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type for plinth protection (X) Finishing : Two coat of base cement paint over a primer coat
