Servicing of the DG Sets of capacity 160 KVA Make: Cummins diesel Model No.NT-743 (1 No) complete after draining out of old engine oil and filling of new engine oil ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge . Notes:- (i) Engine oil will be issued under respective item of schedule free of cost. (ii) Unservicable Spares parts shall be replaced under Item No. 1.01 to 1.04 and will be measured and paid seperately for Supply and fixing as in replacment under Item No. 1.01 to 1.04.

Lub Oil filter ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fuel filter ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Air cleaner element inner and Outer set ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Radiator fan belt ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing of the DG Sets of capacity 160 KVA Make: Greaves diesel Model No.6G-11(2 Nos) complete after draining out of old engine oil and filling of new engine oil ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge . Notes:- (i) Engine oil will be issued under respective item of schedule free of cost. (ii) Unservicable Spares parts shall be replaced under Item No. 2.01 to 2.04 and will be measured and paid seperately for Supply and fixing as in replacment under Item No. 2.01 to 2.04 .

Notes:- (i) Engine oil will be issued under respective item of schedule free of cost. (ii) Unservicable Spares parts shall be replaced under Item No. 3.01 to 3.07 and will be measured and paid seperately for Supply and fixijng as in replacment .

Servicing of the DG Set of capacity 125 KVA Make: Make - Greaves diesel Model No. 4G( 02 Nos) complete after draining out of old engine oil and filling of new engine oil ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge . Notes:- (i) Engine oil will be issued under respective item of schedule free of cost. (ii) Unservicable Spares parts shall be replaced under Item No. 4.01 to 4.07 and will be measured and paid seperately for Supply and fixing as in replacment under Item No. 4.01 to 4.07 .

Turbo Charger suitable for 125 KVA DG Set of make Greaves fixed as in replacement of old unservicable/ leaked turbo charger in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Turbo Charger suitable for 125 KVA DG Set of make Cummins fixed as in replacement of old unservicable/ leaked turbo charger in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Turbo Charger suitable for 160 KVA DG Set of make Greaves / Cummins fixed as in replacement of old unservicable/ leaked turbo charger in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out the rotor assembly of alternator of capacity 125 KVA to 160 KVA ,cleaning the assembly of rotor and excitor along with stator with the help of air blow to make the windings free from dust cleaning the stator slots with the help of calfonex oil and windings of stator and rotor with the help of any suitable cleaning agent to make the winding free from any greasy material , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out Fuel Injector Pump assembly from DG set of capacity 160 KVA (Cummins/Greaves) and carried out caliberation from authorised work shop including replacement of minor parts such as washer, gasket nuts and bolts as required at site and refixing the same including testing to entire satisfection , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out Fuel Injector Pump assembly from DG set of capacity 125 KVA (Cummins/Greaves) and carried out caliberation from authorised work shop including replacement of minor parts such as washer,, gasket nuts and bolts as required at site and refixing the same including testing to entire satisfection , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair and calibration of injectors assembly complete by replacing of worn out parts carrel plungers, injectors etc suitable for 125 KVA DG Set , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair and calibration of injectors assembly complete by replacing of worn out parts carrel plungers, injectors etc suitable for 160 KVA DG Set , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance free battery 12 volt 150 AH with copper lead of 2.0 mtr length of suitable size complete with brass terminal including nut bolt washer etc fixed as in replacement of old unservicable battery in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- Exide or equivalent make as specified in Appendix of Makes.

Maintenance free battery 12 volt 100 AH with copper lead of 2.0 mtr length of suitable size complete with brass terminal including nut bolt washer etc fixed as in replacement of old unservicable battery in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- Exide or equivalent make as specified in Appendix of Makes.

Taking out of radiator / aftercooler from DG set 125 KVA to 225 KVA, Cleaning of radiator by removing of dust/oil particles and cleaning of copper tubes by using suitable cleaning agent for any obstacles inside the tube, brazing/welding of fins, tubes if required and chamber for making free of any kind of leakage and refixing it , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Connect panel mounting type battery Charger with transformer diode operated (not PCB) 12/ 24 Volts, 30 Amps with copper winding as in replacment in and including taking out the unserviceable part , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Spring below of size as per site requirment of DG set capacity 125 KVA to 160 KVA as in replacment broken/leaked one in and including taking out the unserviceable spring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Greaves

Ball bearing of alternator assy of DG set capacity 125 KVA to 160 KVA including nuts, bolts and washer complete as per site requirment as in replacment in and including taking out the unserviceable ball bearing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- SKF / NBC/ FAG

Repair and refixing of self starter of cap 12/24Volts of DG Set 125 to 160 KVA with complete rewinding, replacement of pinion and teeth including all minor parts like washers as required to make it serviceable ,complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Repair and refixing of Dynamo of cap 12/24 Volts for DG of Capacity 125 to 160 KVA with complete rewinding if required replacement of pinion and teeth including all minor parts like washers etc as required to make it serviceable , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/Replacement of UNSV parts of Digital PCB harness with sensor for DG of Cap 125 KVA to 160 KVA as per site requirement of same model or Equivalent for Smooth Operation of DG , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Diesel tank of DG set by removing all diesel from sump and cleaning the sump with suitable cleaning agent and make it free from dust and other impurites as per satisfaction , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentling of alternator assembly of any capapcity DG set from 125 KVA to 225 KVA from the engine, transportation to authorised workshop and back loading to the MES Power House after carrying out the repair work and refixing the same with engine & testing the alternator on load to the satisfaction , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Notes : (i) Any repair work including spares required will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Any damage if accured during transportation will be the responsiblity of contractor and making the same good at his own cost

AVR complete of DG set of capacity 125 KVA to 160 KVA DG set fixed as in replacement of old unservicable AVR in and including taking out the unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of rotor assembly after taking out from alternator and cleanig properly to slot for rewinding of DG set capacity 125 KVA to 160 KVA, complete with standard enamelled insulated wire, H class insulation varnish, insulation papers, Glass sleeves of suitable size, tap roll of H class insulation complete all as per required , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Transportation charges including dismantling from engine, loading and unloading of alternator are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item nothing extra shall be admisible on this account. (ii) DIsmantling of Rotor/ Stator assembly from alternator are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item nothing extra shall be admisible on this account.

Rewinding of stator windings after seggregate rotor and stator seperately cleaning the slot properly and prepare for rewinding the stator assembly complete with standard enameled insulated wire, H class insulation varnish, insulation paper, Glass sleeves of suitable size, tap roll of H Class insulation complete all as required for 160 KVA to 320 KVA DG set , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Transportation charges including dismantling from engine, loading and unloading of alternator are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item nothing extra shall be admisible on this account. (ii) DIsmantling of Rotor/ Stator assembly from alternator are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item nothing extra shall be admisible on this account.

Repair to wiring of DG Set control panel of following capacities 125 KVA TO 160 KVA with suitable existing size of copper multistranded wire of any core in and including taking down old unserviceable wiring of existing size and to make it functional including replacement of minor parts like switch, fuses etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling of lubrication oil SAE-40 ( 15 W- 40 grade) of or as approved by GE. (Should be packd of 15/20 Ltrs bucket) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Greaves/Valvoline or equivalent make as specified in Appendix of Makes.

Sheet metal enclosure only suitable for onload changeover switch of cap 400 amps in fixed as in replacement of UNSV/burnout onload/offload Changeover switch in and including taking out the unserviceable sheet metal enclosure, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sheet metal enclosure only suitable for onload changeover switch of cap 320 amps in fixed as in replacement of UNSV/burnout onload/offload Changeover switch in and including taking out the unserviceable sheet metal enclosure, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
