Disconnecting /isolating electric supply from the source at HT/LT electrical pole/wall/tower height up to 15 mtr from ground and taking down carefully for repair the existing unserviceable street light/security light/flood light or any type of cable fault and repair by checking and making the fittings serviceable by providing two skilled tradesman on daily basis for replacing the unserviceable parts or fitting as required at site,(spares other than item no 16 to 18 are deemed to be included in the quoted rates), if during the maintenance there is any kind/nature of fault occurred along the perimeter and street light and auxiliary items/cable it is to be completely trace out by contractor & their redressal/fault rectification to be carried out within 8 hours and balancing elect load RYB phase complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge replacement to suit the existing parts and fittings (fixing charges for replacement shall be deemed included in the quoted rates against serial item No. 1) complete re-fixing at existing locations or as directed by Engineer in charge, connecting with source and testing for proper functioning / serviceability of the fittings complete as directed. Note:- Complaints/Defects will be rectified within 8 Hrs of intimated time. If complaints not rectified, a recovery of an amount of Rs 250 per complains per day will be recovered from the RAR/FB. Complaints detailed on media like vynus/whatsapp /text message/ complaints slip shall be treated as valid complaints.
