SPECIAL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE STARTER CONTROL PANEL OF AC PLANT AT C BLDG AND A BLDG WITH CONNECTED WORK UNDER AGE EM II IN GE(CENTRAL) KHADKI

Dismantling and taking dowm existing deteriorated/corrded Air duct of any tyoe complete with nut, bolts, washers, packing materials and MS bracket etc all as specified & all as directed by Eng in charge from ground level to upto 50ft height.

Supply, fabricate and errect PGI air duct made out of 22 gauge PGI sheet with necessary support , jointing with MS angle/flat iron/MS strip etc, cut in to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw including bending and welding, riveting and painting two coat of existing paint etc, complete and nitrile rubber packing suitable size fixed with necessary nut bolts and washers etc, incl taking down old PGI sheet complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note for item 2 : (i) Shape of duct should be as per site requirement, contractor should visit site before quoting the rate. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive all the clothing, safty equipment and other T&P required for carrying out the repairs/maintence. (iii) Neccessary welding and fabrication work to be done at actual site as per existing at no extra cost.

M & L for Mild steel brackets, frames, supports and stands of type as required made out of angle iron, flat or strip of grade Fe-410-S of any size as per site requirement etc complete with painting two coat with synthetic enemel paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for insulation of MS Pipes of any size with Nitrile rubber insulation of 25mm thick with and applying bituminous compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for flore glass cloth at nitnic rubber insulation on any size of pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for insulation of MS Pipes of any size with cladding of 26 SWG Aluminum cladding sheet complete with all bends , fittings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for removal of thermacoal insulation along with cement concrete carefully & scrubbing of old MS Pipe of any size and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply install, testing and commissioning of indoor type Air conditioning operating control LT panel vermin and weather proof factory fabricated CPRI approved front operated 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire AC 50 cycle cubical type make out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet free standing for mounted totally enclosed painted with epoxy powder coating with including all switch gear as detailed below, the panel shall consist of 1200 Amp rating TPN + E Electrolyte grade aluminium bus bar supported with DMC/SMC barriers and colout coated with hear shrinkable sleaves the metering shall be provided as specified the size of the panel mounting meter shall be 96mm x 96mm. The panel shall have short circuit with standing capacity of minium 50 KA and consist of the switch gear as mentioned below and panel shall be on top/bottom cable entry, provided with on/off indication lamps of LED type. The panel should have specified Contactor, starter on/off push button topggle switch , U/V relays single phase preventer, Over load realy timer panel tubelight etc. The panel shall be mounted on channels grouted to the floor comprising the following (main control panel).

M & L for robotic duct cleaning of AC PLANT opening of duct to insert robot along with cleaning equipment & its accessories , Washing & cleaning of supply & return air diffuser , cleaning & washing of grills damper cleaning , sanitization of duct and AHU and packing of complete floor area also contractor should provide photos and video of before cleaning and after cleaning to the department complete ass as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge .
