M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof, minimum thickenss at khurra as 25 mm to maintain a slope of 1:100, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying membrane on primed surface by press application method with minimum 75 mm longitudinal wise lap and 100 mm over lap on the transverse direction duly sticked using 3 mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished non woven polyester reinforced (wt not less than 150 grams) over applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.4 kg per Sqm including Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made, un-reinforced precast cement concrete tiles of size 250mm x 250mm x 22mm, machine pressed, as on roof surface, confirming to IS 1237-1980, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 incl mixed with WPC (Water proofing compound shall be paid separately), set jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry complete all as specified and directed. PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs, benches and water troughs etc. including necessary moulding complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work including all quoins arches pillars etc built in cement mortar.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar (1:4) using sub class 'B' bricks staight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean raidus.

Rendering 15mm thick on concrete surface in Cement mortar 1:3, finishing surface mixed with integral liquid WPC as manufacturer's instruction as in sunken portion complete as specified & directed.

PCC 1:7:12 type F-2 using 40 mm thick brick aggregate as in filling of sunken portion completed all as specified.

25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken floor complete as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints and concrete surfaces as in wall or ceiling etc. including hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surface in Cement mortar 1:4, finishing surface w/o using extra Cement, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as directed and specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

5 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for efflorescence treatment of walls including (a) Removing existing plaster over the affected bricks to be removed . The affected bricks to be completely exposed complete all as specified and directed. (b) Apparent visible efflorescence to be first cleaned using hard wire brush and all cyrstal deposits to be removed. The bricks shall then be cleaned using soft brush of powdery crystals removed. Then make a 1 to 4 solution of vinegar and water (1 part vinegar to 4 parts water) and apply it to the efflorescence affected area using a nylon brush. Allow the vinegar/ water solution to sit on the surface of the affected area for 15 minutes, but do not allow the solution to dry. Rinse the area with clean water, using low pressure jet. Two cycles of cleaning using vinegar water solution to be repeated complete all as specified and directed. (c) The joints of bricks so cleaned shall be pointed using cement putty made a site using Sika Latex/SBR polymer diluted at ratio of 1:4 with water. The solution so made shall be used to be mixed with cement to make a putty consistency paste. The cement putty shall be then worked out in the joints which are clean and in SSD condition. (d) The bricks so pointed shall be cleaned of all dust or deposit using brush. A undiluted single component acrylic polymer-Sika Raintite, to be used to prime the brick surface. The primer while being tacky the first coat of water proofing coating is done, second coat is applied after a time interval of 4-6 hours after the first coat has dried. The water proofing coating shall be two component polymer modified cementitious coating-Sika top seal-107, having a thickness of 1.5mm in two coats. The material to be factory batched and ready to use. The two components shall be mixed using low speed drill having a RPM 350-450 and fitted with a paddle. The mixing to be done for 3-4 mintues to give a brush able consistency mix. The coating shall be done using brush 100-150mm wide brush. It is to be take care that material while being used is agitated every 3-5 mintues to avoid powder part getting settled. The water proofing coating shall have below properties Tensile Strength - 4.56 N/mm2 after 14 days exposure (According to ASTM D 2370) Bond Strength 2.0 N/mm2 at + 27o C (failure in substate). After application of second coat and while the material is still wet, coarse sand is sprinkled over the coating so as to ensure proper mechanical key is provided for subsequent plaster. (e) M&L for plastering 15mm thick over the treated surface shall be done with 1:4 cement sand plaster added with acrylic polymer-Sika Plastocrete Plus, @ 3% by weight of cement.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as distempering work, internal emulsion etc from internal surfaces of walls & ceiling with mechanical means/grinder machine complete all as specified and directed.

Applying acrylic wall care putty in internal walls, ceiling surfaces etc (thickness vary from 0.5 to 1.0 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 02 coats of OBD (light shade) to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer as recommended complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 02 coats of OBD (light shade) to ceiling surfaces or false ceiling over & including a coat of interior primer as recommended complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old plasterd surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat white wash complete all as sepcifeid and directed complete.

M&L for ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for Baroda Green marble, machine cut as in shelves/steps/cills/jambs/skirting/border only in tile flooring and the like works and flooring etc, 15 to 18 mm thick including bull-nose the front length, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing complete all as specified. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.

M&L for 15 to 18 mm thick granite (of telephonic black) work (table rubbed and polished)in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment and complete polishing and bull nosing at reqd places and including 15mmm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete.

Machine cut kota stone slab as in steps of staircase and midlanding portion ,18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing complete all as specified. Note : 1. All the edges of slabs shall be grinded/cutted at the right angle before laying, so that paper thin, smooth jointing to be obtained. 2. The colour of the slabs shall be uniform.

M&L for providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality straight edge, ceramic tiles WA value between 3% to 6% , flexural strength greater than 22N/mm², scratch resistance on mohs scale greater than 4 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm in floor, 6 to 8 mm thick in floors etc. in any shade and design/pattern of light & dark tiles etc as approved matching with wall tiles, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in matching colored polymer cement based grout to match, including 15 mm thick screed in cm 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling loose/disintegrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bands, shelves, beams, column or slab and similar work including support if required and stitching/filling cracks with Dr Fixit Pidicrete reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description exc 1.5 Sqm and n. exc. 4 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) including cutting hole to size for receive fresh PCC of hold fast and making good the disturbed surface same complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc 1.5 Sqm incl cutting holes and making good reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer In- Charge.
