Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description including cement plaster on concrete surface of roof slab including cleaning by picking sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down plastering on lathing (other than wire-netting), without removing lathing, in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick cement plastering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces of wall and finishing even & smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:6 using WPC. Note: WPC shall be measured seperatly.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5 KG/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 160 gms/Sqm) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 Ltr/Sqm by forced application all as specified and as directed. (i) for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions (after applying cement slurry @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over the existing roof slab) and surface finished even and smooth. (ii) Applying one coat of bituminious primer conforming to IS - 3384 @ 0.3 Ltr per sqm. (iii) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight. (iv) Applying one coat of bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm. (v) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100ml/sqm Note: WPC shall be measured separately.

(ii) Applying one coat of bituminious primer conforming to IS - 3384 @ 0.3 Ltr per sqm (iii) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight (iv) Applying one coat of bitumen grade 85/25 @1.2 kg/Sqm (v) Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25xm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed in net cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4. Note: WPC shall be measured separately.

Supply only water proofing compound.

Plain cement concrete, type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate)padding, coping, platform for water tanks, kerb, coving etc on roof slab to maintain proper slope all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete, type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges & coving etc on roof slab all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizantal faces of grooves with cement mortar in CM 1:3 and making good in CM 1:3 after inserting membrance in to the groove all as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall / roof tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises

Rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store as in exc 500 n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 1000 ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed tip) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including dimantling of old water tank and removing from site.

Gun metal glob or gate valves with wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe 25 mm dia fixed in repairs complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing and connections and removing from site.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing and connections and removing from site.

Taking up or down 25mm/32mm dia steel tubing and connections and removing from site.

Taking up or down 40mm/50mm dia steel tubing and connections and removing from site.

Tubes 'medium grade' 15 mm dia galvanised with all fittings and fixtures fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified.

Tubes medium grade 20 mm size galvanised with all fittings and fixtures fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in trenches all as specified.

Tubes medium grade 25 mm size galvanised with all fittings and fixtures fixed complete to walls and cealing or laid in trenches all as specified.

Tubes medium grade 40 mm size galvanised with all fittings and fixtures fixed complete to walls and cealing or laid in trenches all as specified.

Ball valves 25mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete screwed for iron pipe and fixed.

Taking down rain water pipe of any dia fixed to wall includings all fittings, heads, shoes, bends swan neck etc and including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified .

PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring, joints fixed to wall including necessary clamps, etc

PVC bend/shoe 110 mm bore.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters by scrapping down with wire brushes and removing existing loose finishes, particles etc., and applying two coats of weather-proof antifungal exterior emulsion paint over two coats of cement based Wall care Putty 1.5mm thick (total thickness of the two coats should not be less than 1.5mm) as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of acrylic emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over two coats of cement based Wall care Putty 1.5mm thick (total thickness of the two coats should not be less than 1.5mm) as per manufacturer's instructions including rubbing the puttied surfaces with emery paper to form smooth surface before application of surface treatment), complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coat of acrylic emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over two coats of cement based Wall care Putty 1.5mm thick (total thickness of the two coats should not be less than 1.5mm) as per manufacturer's instructions including rubbing the puttied surfaces with emery paper to form smooth surface before application of surface treatment), complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from surfaces of walls and soffits of slabs and chajjas, incuding pilasters, cornices etc., by scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots with wire brushes and removing existing loose particles etc., and applying two coats of weather-proof antifungal exterior emulsion paint over over two coats of cement based Wall care Putty 1.5mm thick (total thickness of the two coats should not be less than 1.5mm) as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and soffits of slabs and chajjas, including cornices, pilasters etc., and applying one coat of weather-proof antifungal exterior emulsion paint, complete all as specifeid and directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, including cornices, pilasters etc., and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion distemper, complete all as specifeid and directed.
