Tool Kit tender

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Item-by-item commentary on the Purchaser's Technical Specifications demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the goods and services to those specifications or a statement of deviations and exceptions to the provisions of the Technical Specifications.

Tenderer shall also produce satisfactory work completion certificate(s) issued by the concerned State Government, Centre Government Departments and Public sector units along with a certified copy of the previous supply orders issued to them by the concerned State Government, Centre Government Departments and Public sector units.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the items similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements (Section V) upto at least 80% of the items required and 40% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises of the items required, in any one of the last 3 years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (in any one of the last 2 years for Micro and Small Enterprises). The items offered for supply must be of most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design

the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC

The tenderer, as authorized representative should have supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 30% of the similar items in the toolkits to the type specified in the schedule of requirements in any one of the last 5 years (2020-21,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25

All tenderers that are quoting as authorized representatives of manufacturers shall be required to produce a notarized true copy of the authorizing manufactures license/registration issued by the Competitive Authority. Government of Karnataka or equivalent license/registration issued by any other Government Authority in India to such manufacturer along with the authorization specified in (b) of Section VII

The tenderer must have the registered office/ sales and service center located in Karnataka and shall have operated out of such office / sales and service center for at least previous 3 (three) years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 necessary proof to be produced issued by any competent government authority

The supply of Tool Kits should be of reputed Company (MAF to be submitted for minimum of 70% of the products / brands quoted) and of industry standards- further, a brochure and a list specifying the make (brand) of the items to be supplied should be provided in the Schedule of Requirements with the bid documents

Self attested copy of ISO BIS Certification of the Manufacturer Bidder

All documents should be submited as per tender document

The Tenderer shall submit attested copies of GST registration Certificate recent GST clearance and GST returns filed in the last 3 years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 issued by the Commercial Taxes Department AND 2025-26 GST R-3B return filed certificate

The Tenderer must submit Chartered Accountant Certification Copy of Turn-over Statement along with Audited P & L accounts and Balance sheets for the last 3 years. The minimum turnover for last three financial year inclusive of all taxes For Authorized dealers Rs.25 Lakhs (Twenty-Five Lakhs) IN LAST THREE YEARS (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 ) AND for Micro and Small Enterprises Rs. 12.5 Lakh (Twelve point Five Lakhs)During the last 2 Financial Years ( 2023-24 & 2024-25)

In case any Tenderer is found to have been disqualified/black listed/suspended from empanelment or from participation in any tender from Government or Quasi Government agency, in the Union of India, such Tenderers would stand automatically disqualified from participation in this tender. The Tenderer shall give a declaration as given in Annexure-1

Above said technical bid documents should be uploaded and also an attested hardcopy of all documents uploaded by the Tenderer in the e-procurement portal should be submitted to DITE through Register Post to The Commissioner, Industrial Training and Employment, Kaushalya Bhavana, Dairy Circle, B.G. Road, Bangalore-29 on or before the opening of Technical Bids through e-portal

Any other document / information required to be completed and submitted by the Tenderers in accordance with these instructions.
