Demolishing brick work, manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - In cement mortar.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level

Plain cement concrete M-15 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level.

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings , bases for columns.- Using steel sheet with M.S.frames

Providing , hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in lintels , beams and bressumers including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) , cost of required centring and shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces but excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete - Thermo - Mechanically treated bars(ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) including placing the M30 grade Athees make cover block @ 60cm centre to centre
