Earth work in excavation for structure in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads August 2004 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring abd bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where balsting is prohibited) all earth work in cutting/ excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width , camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site(dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost).Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him at his on cost in all cases. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering: All work up to plinth level including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)1:5:10 (One cement : five coarse sand): ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm(forty milimetre) nominal Size

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)1:3:6 (One cement : three coarse sand: six graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nominal Size)

Making plinth protection 40mm(forty milimetre) thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three coarse sand (zone - III) : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size) over 75mm(seventy five milimetrte) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm(forty milimetre) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses,plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors,of mild steel Angle sections of size 40x40x4 mm(forty into forty into four milimetre), joints mitred and welded by angle iron 40x40x4 mm(forty into forty into four milimete) and combination welded together with 50x 4 mm(fifty into four milimetre) flat to make one frame on wall side and 2 (two)nos. M.S flat 50x4 mm &40x4 mm(fifty into four milimetre & forty into four milimetre) in combination welded together , joints mitred and welded to make one frame on centre including welding M.S fastners to existing steel or fixing/embeding in cement concrete block in wall, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete asper the direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing steel work welded in built up sections/frames for windows and Ventilatos of size 75x40mm(Seventy five into forty milimetre) for end frames and for centre frames channel sections of 75x40mm(Seventy five into forty milimetre) welded together with 75x40mm(Seventy five into forty milimetre) M.S. flat in combination to make one frame joints mitred including welding M.S. hold fastners to existing steel or fixing /embeding in cement concrete in wall, including fixing/welding of necessary butt hinges and screws as per requirement and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work i/c hollow section welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(a)In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Kota stone slab mirror polished in uniform shade flooring of 55 cm x55 cm (fifty five centimetre into fifty five centimetre) size of uniform color over 20mm (twenty milimetre) (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (one cement : four coarse sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 20 mm(twenty milimetre) cement plaster on rough side of brick masonry or stone masonry wall upto all floor level and height including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a)1:6 (One cement: four coarse sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (One milimetre), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 (fifty) grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)Two coats

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 (fifty)grams/litre including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion/Apex Ultima paint of Asian/Nerolac /Dulux brand as per approved colour scheme having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Finishing walls with 100%(One hundred percent) Premium acrylic exterior emulsion/Apex Ultima weather proof paint of Asian /Nerolac / Dulux having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a)New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Applying priming coat on wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
