TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS OF TECHNICAL AREA RX AIR FIELD AND SHANKARPUR AT ARC CHARBATIA

To perform such services and execute such works covered under the "TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS OF TECHNICAL AREA (RX, AIR FIELD & SHANKARPUR) AT ARC CHARBATIA UNDER GE (I)(CG) BHUBANESWAR" upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Schedule during the period of One Year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the MES standard schedule of rates 2020 Part-I (Specifications) and rates contained in the MES Standard schedule of rates Part-II (Rates) and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of Condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) NOTE: (i) Bidder shall insert uniform percentage at the 15th row under coloumn "F" or '5' of this BOQ sheet. (ii) Bidder shall refer and "select" the option "Excess(+)" or "Less (-)" available at the 15th row under coloumn 'E' or '4' of this BOQ sheet, to quote the percentage above/below/at par on MES SSR -2020 (Part-II). (iii) Amount inserted by MES under the column "F" or "6" (estimated Rate) and total amount reflected under Column "BA" or "6" is approximate and for reference only. Irrespective of the amount reflected under Column "BA" or "6". Being Term contract, work is priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.
