SITC of FRP induced draft counter flow cooling tower each guaranteed to cool 1400 USGPM of water from 97.5°F to 90°F at a design wet bulb temperature of 83°F with FRP water basin, PVC fills with integral louvers and drift elimination, hot water distribution by gravity complete with statically and dynamically balanced axial flow, direct driven fans with TEFC induction motor suitable for operation on 415±10% volt, 50 Hz. AC supply, suction screen, make up with float valve and quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connections, with necessary valves, suitable inspection ladders, access arrangement for cooling tower interior, steel supporting structure, anti-vibrating mountings, painting etc. complete as per specification. Heat Rejection capacity minimum 1325000 Kcal/hr (excluding concrete foundation).

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of condenser water pipes of following sizes of MS ‘C’ class along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends,tees etc.but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc. adequately supported on rigid supports duly painted/buried in ground excavation and refilling etc. as per specification and as required complete in all respect. Note:-The Pipes size 150mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. And from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required.

Excavation of the trenches for pipe laying in hard rock / concrete road/ bitumine road not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including all cost for making concrete /bitumine road surface as required at site.

Supply & fixing of Iron support/re-inforcement bar for the cooling tower foundation & base frame fabrication as per OEM recomendation.

Dismantling of old Euipments/Support/Accessories Dismantling of existing cooling towers pipe, valve, cable etc. and dump in AAI store yard.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of cooling tower including shuttering, centering, funishing work etc complete as required (excluding reinforcement).

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material outside airport premises as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I.strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut,bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
