Recovery and reconstruction of RGMSJ road Km. 0.000 to 61.000

Excavation in Hill area by manual/mechanical means:- Excavation in soil in hill areas all heights and depth in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hardd rock all work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock( where blasting is prohibited) including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto all heights and all leads as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, in conformately with the requirement of technical specification of rural roads clause 1603.1 all useful material such as stone, shingle, aggregates& slate etc. shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side properly. Any loss to the public and private property to during the course of execution shall be the absoulte responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Earth work in excavation for structure in all depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305-1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracin , removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal in all lead and lift including dressisng of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material . Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. P.C.C grade M 10(1) (Mechanincal mix and vibrated graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 Including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer- in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand :8 Graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etc. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in brick/ stone / plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return walls with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20H towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614, 709 and 1204.3.7 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Backfilling /Filter media with granular material behind retaining wall/breast wall as per specification 1204.3.8 in a width of 600 mm. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening the Ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level watered graded & compacted in layers top meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per technical specication clause 303.5.2. in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with ratovator ar OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kn static roller to acheive the desired density, complete as per Technical specification Clause 401

Providing, laying , speading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thockness, hand packing, roling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stonescreening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading -2 as per technical specification clause 405 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying , speading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thockness, hand packing, roling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stonescreening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading -3 as per technical specification clause 405 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
