Supplying, spreading and consolidating cum unscreened shingle (Average % of sand to shingle is 50-50 may limit 60-40) for road and other works as per direction of Engineer or his authorised representative at site including all leads, lifts, desent & carrying by truck ehenever necessary arranged by the contractor at his own cost including spreading in layer of 30cm or less levelling dressing with mechanical/Manual compaction as per given profile and as per Rly specification. The rate includes royalty monopoly all taxes and other charges complete in all respect.
Complete item rate for planning,designing, Job setting up ,commissioning and operating Waste Water Treatment & Recycling Plant of 100 KLD Capacity in Single Composite/Compact Portable Modular Type Prefabricated Structure Tank with provision of re-circulation of sewage/effluent, based on Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) Technology to treat waste water with civil works and to reuse the treated water . The STP should be complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.Nothing shall be paid extra.Note- Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is proposed to be installed at the New Bongaigaon Workshop for the treatment of night soil collected from toilet of coaches washing at workshop . The waste primarily contains night soil .To ensure effective treatment and enable water reuse, a hybrid treatment system will be adopted, combining physico-chemical processes with advanced biological treatment.It consist of DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) followed by MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) with Tertiary Treatment etc.

Item rate for Operation & Maintenance of Job Waste Water Recycling and Treatment Plant - Capacity 200 KLD at NBQS workshop Operations and Maintenance during the period of 11 Months . 2. Manpower deployment for the Operations and Maintenance of the WWRTP. One operator would be deployed for round the clock for day to day maintenance (one person will work for 08 hrs at a time) ,for operations and maintenance of the plant. A technical staff would be deployed as needed to address any technical issues which the Operator would not be able to rectify. 3. All kinds of Repairs & Servicing of the equipment and devices. 4.Periodical cleaning and routine checking of plant shall becarried out for efficient and smooth functioning of the system 5. General Housekeeping of the Plant and Surrounding Areas 6. All Spares, Consumables & Equipment during the O&M period. 7. Treated Water Quality Tests by NABL Certified Laboratory once in three months 1.Rate is including GST andother taxes 2. The quoted price does not include electricity RANGIYA DIVISION-ENGINEERING/N F RLY consumption costs required for the Operations & Maintenance of the Plant (electricity will be provided by the railways) 3.Power Back up facilities and running costs will be provided by the railways 4. Sludge Disposal will be carried out by the agency as when reqd. (like pumps,blowers, diffusers, valves, pressure gauge, fine screen, coarsescreen, air grid, MBR module, dosing pumps, screw press andall associated accessories, centrifuge, pumping units,membranes, etc. as per design. etc.), required for successfulcommissioning of WWTRP. (ii) All major, minor and smallvalue electro-mechanical equipments, required to be providedfor successful completion and commissioning of WWRTP (Listof major electro- mechanical equipments, to be provided, ismentioned in the enclosed Technical Specifications and SpecialConditions of Contract for guidance to the bidders and shallnot be constructed as the complete list. (iii) Assembly of allcomponents/sub-components including internal plumbing,electrical installation etc. (iv) Cost of all Prefabricated MStanks in 6mm/8mm thick for Aeration Tank, Anoxic tank, MBRTank and rubber lined with min 4 mm thickness externallycomplete fabrication with internal flange, RCC, reinforcement & structures, nut & bolts, washers, gasket fitting for waterproofing, leak proof flange connections, pre treatment withanticorrosive paint, and post treatment after rubber linecuring with steam for proper hardness. Rubber materialshould be natural with minimum thickness 4 mmpretreatment after sand ballasting of MS tank internally of 2.5 standard etc. (v) Construction and Integration of all civilstructures, all tanks ( aprrox sizes ) e.g. Equalization Tank, Oil& Grease trap, Tube settler, Anoxic Tank (20.6mx1.0mx1.65) Aeration Tank (3.2m dia x5.0m ht ) MBR/ Membrane Tank (3.75mx 3.2m x1.0m ht), Back Wash Tank (2.0m x1.0mx1.0m ht), Sludge Tank(1.20m dia x1.25 m ht), Poly DosingTank (1.20 m dia x1.25 ht ), Chemical cleaning maintenance tank, Treated Water Storage Tank , Sludge handling Tank, 2 Nos. activated sludge pumps 10HP each, 2 Nos. centrifugal pressure pumps, Screw press, etc. .Nothing shall be paid extra.
