Preparation of Lawn led by trenching the area soil including breaking loads removal of stone bricks lets extra vegetation and any other unwanted material including its disposal. Loosen the soil up to 30 cm. Depth and turn over and bury top layer contining weeds etc. in the soil including mixing fine sand and rotten. in the ratio 2:1:1 but including cost of sand and mixture including spreading evenly leveling and dressing in required shape and slop for grassing and flooding the area with water including leveling and rough dressing of the soil. After 10 days fop layer and 75 mm below soil shall be broken down to particles of size not more than any direction then again after rough dressing unevenness etc shall be made good grassing including uprooting of weeds and undressing growth.
Providing good quality lawn grass root and replacing this lawn in complete lawn area, water and irrigation of nearly grass as per requirement to rown up entire and proper greenery for development of lwan for month.
Replastering of lawn wall of 27x20x.6 m3 the work including cleaning of old and damage plaster by brush and hammering then plaster new ratio of sand and cement in 1:4 ratio.
Painting of iron grill for entire periphery of lawn with one coat of primer & two coat of black enamel paint.
