M&L for cleaning of RCC/PS/GRP Over head tank of 4,50,000 litres capacity (i.e 1,00,000 gallons) tanks at Pump House No 2 at 'D' Camp and Pump House No 4 at Lal Qtr. (tank hight 21 mtr) by Hi-Tech system using High Pressure jet Pump having putting minimum pressure of 150 Bar to clean all sludge on walls, floors, treating with Hydrogen peroxide and applying ultra violet rays to make the tank bacteria free (by using tanclean chemical) , complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rate are deemed for writing work i.e. tank clean on (date), (month) and (year), font size should be 30 cms. (ii) The item rate include the repair to tank for any leakage after cleaning of tank.

M&L for cleaning of Over head tank of 10000Gln capacity Masonary Tank / PS tank / GRP tank at Pump House No 6 (1 x20000), PH No- 15 PS Tank (2 x 10000), PS Tank at PH No-06 PS Tank(1x10000) (Tank height 12 mtrs) by Hi-Tech system using High Pressure jet Pump having putting minimum pressure of 150 Bar to clean all sludge on walls, floors, treating with Hydrogen peroxide and applying ultra violet rays to make the tank bacteria free (by using tanclean chemical) , complete all as specified and as directed. Opening completely pressure filter & oxidation chamber of capacity 10000 GPH and taking out existing filter media (sand, gravells) stainers and nozzles, removing and depositing filter media to a distance not exceeding 50 m including necessary repair/welding to make the pressure filter vessels complete leak proof for improving the strength and finally reassembling the pressure filter including filling of new strainer, gravles & sand in existing position duly cleaned replacing worn out gasket and nut bolts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Strainers, gravels shall be measured and paid seperatley under relevant items.

Material and labour for prepration of old painted steel/iron surfaces of pressure filter & oxidation chamber by scrapping and cleaning of External and internal surfaces and applying two coats of black bituminious anti corrosive paint internal surface suitable for drinking water and Navy blue paint on outer surface marking the date of cleaning on the body, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC push type/threaded type strainer suitable for filteration plant ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only special coarse sand passing through 3.125 x 1.56 mm mesh suitable for use in filteration plant ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only special coarse sand passing through 1.6 x 3.2 mm mesh suitable for use in filteration plant, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only new washed, cleaned, dust free, gravel of grading 25 mm to 20 mm graded filter media suitable for use in filteration plant , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only new washed, cleaned, dust free, gravel of grading 20 mm to 12 mm graded filter media suitable for use in filteration plant , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only new washed, cleaned, dust free, gravel of grading 12 mm to 06 mm. graded filter media suitable for use in filteration plant , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only new washed, cleaned, dust free, gravel of grading 06 mm to 03 mm graded filter media suitable for use in filteration plant , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in layers mix of manganese dioxide (MnO2) and treated carbofil in lumps of size 20 mm to 15 mm containing 75% of manganese Dioxide and 25% KG carbofil suitable for use in filltration plant , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing live catalytic media (green Sand) suitable for use in filltration plant, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning overhead building service water tank (capacity of upto -5000 ltrs ) by high pressure and disinfections by ultraviolet radations and disposal of sludge at safe place. Rate also includes all labour, materials, equipment, plants and machinery etc complete in all respect. Total process of the cleaning comprises of following steps. (i) Cleaning of initial sludge and sedimentation etc and disposal of sludge in sludge tank carefully. (ii) Total high pressure cleanig with machines using special rotary high pressure cleaning for total removal of scaling, dirt and algae etc from the walls, pillars and flooring to thoroughly expose the original concrete wall/surface. (iii) Removal of sludge by labours. (iv) Removal of dirt, fine mud and fine particles etc. by industrial vaccum cleaner. (v) Sterilisation of walls, flooring by special anti bacterial agents for reductions of microbiological impurities. (vi) Final disinfection by special industrial ultraviolet radiations to ensure complete sterlisation of tanks. Note :- (i) Rate are deemed for writing work i.e. tank clean on (date), (month) and (year), font size should be 10 cms. (ii) Any damages of float valves and tanks due to negligence of work will be rectified by the contractor is own cost.

Repairing of defective C.I. Sluice/Butter Fly Valve (150 mm dia) of the plant & replacement of gland packing for smooth operation etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair's Butter fly valve PN-1.6 , 150 mm dia use in filltration plant, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair's 100 mm bore CI Sluice valve PN – 1.0 with Spindle Iron (Heavy duty) Wheel head and both ends flanged and MS nut bolts and washers and pair of rubber/fiber gasket and fixed in position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair's 150 mm bore CI Sluice valve PN – 1.0 with Spindle Iron (Heavy duty) Wheel head and both ends flanged and MS nut bolts and washers and pair of rubber/fiber gasket and fixed in position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair's reflux valve (non return valve IS -5312) CI suitable for 150 mm bore pipe heavy duty both end flanged of pressure rating PN 1.6 and jointing with joint with rubber or fibre board gasket with required nos size of nuts, bolts and washers including connecting and testing , complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for opening of sluice valves 150 mm dia bore after de-scaling and grinding on Lathe Machine and replacement of Spindle, Gutka, valve sheet, brass rings as per existing and complete scaling and proper functioning at site refixing at existing postion inclcluding nut, bolt, washer, gasket, wheel, complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of Water Samples for Chemical analysis as mentioned below from Pump Houses viz PH No - 104 AD KLP ,PH No 2 ‘D’ Camp, PH No 4(Lal Qtr), PH No 6 (Stn HQ), PH No 3 ME Line , PH No-15 (FAD Perimeter), PH No-16 (DRDO), PH No 19(Gate No-1), PH-9 (Swimming Pool), Pocket-II (PH-1 2 & 3), complete all as specified and as directed. (a) PH Level (b) Specific Conductivity (c) Chloride (CL) (d) Total Harness as Ca CO₃ (e) Iron as (FE) (f) Arsenic (AS) (g) Total dissolved solids Note for above Item (a) Sample of Water for the above media test are to collected in transparent container/Jar/bottle separately for each test against each pump houses. (Hygienically clean bottles). (b) Sample of water to be collected shall be forwarded to Govt Lab / any NABL certified authorized Lab. Notes: (i) Testing of Raw water and Treated water in Each PH considered as One Job. (ii) Testing of Water for Raw Water & Filtererd Water for total 12 Pump Houses in three month Basis.

Pumping out sewage water from the existing sumps of sewage plant Pump house with the help of Non clogging of pump any kind capacity of pump set not less than 2160 LPM capacity 15HP/20 HP (Minimum) So as to vacate the sumps to enable the repair of the main non clogging submersible pump sets installed in the pump house, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (a) Pumping shall be continued till the main pumps installed in sewage sump is cleared for carrying out repair work. (b) Delivery pipe should be connected and the sewage water shall be thrown in the manhole of out side the fencing /wall of central sewage plant towards the main gravity dropping main hole. (c) Pumping of sewage water still be continued till the sumps are fully empty and to keep till the installed non clogging pump are repaired & fully operative. (d) Necessary man power to operate the pump set are deemed to be included in the rate. (e) Rate quoted is deemed to include for Diesel/Engine oil till completion of repair work including testing of sewage pump set. (f) Rate included for transportation of pump set to site/back.

Lifting the non clogging pump set electrically operated by 15HP/20 HP 3 Phase motor incl column pipe, line shaft etc after disconnecting of all elect and water line connection for the any make of pump & motor , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of non clogging submersible pump of capacity 15HP/20 HP and taking out burnout winding from the stator of motor and rewinding with PVC copper wire as per existing gauge incl connection commissioning & testing , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge paid and measure seprately under items no. 59.

Lowering complete the non clogging pumping set and reflixing the motor carefully including connection and testing , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pumping out sewage water from the existing sumps/tanks of STPs (MBBR technology) with the help of Non clogging of pump any kind capacity of pump set not less than 1500 LPM capacity 10HP/15 HP (Minimum) along with tanking out mud/ solid sludge from the tank complete from soild sepration chamber, aeration chamber and despose whole sludge to faraway areas from public places including cleaning of sump completely. So as to vacate the sumps to enable the repair of the main non clogging pump sets installed in the STPs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Pumping shall be continued till the main pumps installed in STPs sump is cleared for carrying out repair work. (b) Delivery pipe should be connected and the sewage water shall be thrown in the manhole of out side the fencing /wall of STPs towards the main gravity dropping main hole. (c) Pumping of sewage water still be continued till the sumps are fully empty and to keep till the installed non clogging pump are repaired & fully operative. (d) Necessary man power to operate the pump set are deemed to be included in the rate. (e) Rate quoted is deemed to include for Diesel/Engine oil till completion of repair work including testing of sewage pump set. (f) Rate included for transportation of pump set to site/back.

Lifting the non clogging submersible pump set electrically operated by 3.7 HP 3 Phase motor incl column pipe, line shaft etc after disconnecting of all electric and water line connection for the any make of pump & motor complete as directed.

Dismantling of non clogging submersible pump of capacity 3.7 HP and taking out burnout winding from the stator of motor and rewinding with PVC copper wire as per existing gauge incl connection commissioning & testing , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge paid and measure seprately under items no. 59.

Lowering complete the non clogging pumping set and reflixing the motor carefully including connection and testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of electric sewage induction motor 3.0 HP, AC, 3 phase, 415 volts from site after disconnecting from pump & electric connection for rewinding, taking out to work shop, opening of motor, taking out old worn-out / burnt-out winding complete, cleaning the slots properly and rewinding with supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and varnishing complete, and reassembling after repairs and replacement of parts as required, refixing the same at site and connecting the electric connection with existing cable etc and including painting of external portion of pump with synthetic enamel paint (1 st quality) of two coat after one coat priming of red oxide primer and testing for satisfatory working of pump , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge paid and measure seprately under relevant item.

Dismantling Non clogging pump set of centrifugal type (3.0 HP induction motor), AC, 3 phase, 415 volts from site after disconnecting of suction and delivery line, taking out to work shop, dismantling pump set for overhauling, replacing u/s shaft sleeve, gland packing, bush, water seal, applying grease etc reassembling the pump set and refixing back at site on the base plate and connecting existing pipe line with nuts, bolts and new gasket, connecting the electric connection with existing cable etc and including painting of external portion of pump with synthetic enamel paint (1 st quality) of two coat after one coat priming of red oxide primer and testing for satisfatory working of pump , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of electric induction blower motor 5.0 HP, AC, 3 phase, 415 volts from site after disconnecting from blower & electric connection for rewinding, taking out to work shop, opening of motor, taking out old worn-out / burnt-out winding complete, cleaning the slots properly and rewinding with supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and varnishing complete, and reassembling after repairs and replacement of parts as required, refixing the same at site and connecting the electric connection with existing cable etc and including painting of external portion of pump with synthetic enamel paint (1 st quality) of two coat after one coat priming of red oxide primer and testing for satisfatory working of pump , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge paid and measure seprately under relevant item.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation etc including necessary fram work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of Sewage Water Samples for BOD annd COD testing analysis as mentioned below from STPs viz STP ILP-II - 04 Nos, STPs FAD- 01 Nos, STPs 59 DOU- 01 Nos complete all as specified and as directed. (a) BOD (b) COD (c) PH Level (d) Total Suspended Soild(TSS) (e) Outlet Coliform Note: Testing of Sewage Water Treated sewage Water for total 06 STPs in three month Basis.(i.e Treated Sewage water in Each STPs consider as one Job) (a) Sample of Sewage Water for the above media test are to collected in transparent container/Jar/bottle separately for each test against each STPs. M&L for taking out & servicing of existing unserviceable Air Blower (of any Make ) of capacity 188 Cubic/Hr from Authorised sevice center with taking out of electric cable complete and reconnecting the electric and mechanical connection at existing location after carrying out following repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note- (i) Spare part required for replacement shall be measured and paid separetly under relevent items (ii) Replacement of Oil seal, locking arrangement of pully, gland packing with oil and greasing shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate of this item.
